Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. Located on the Westbank of the Mississippi but still only 10 min from the French Quarter! Safest Neighborhood in all of New Orleans!! Warm personal touches and custom built furniture! LGD Victorian - walk to parades and Second Lines

Our three bedroom home is a fantastic place to experience New Orleans. We are located in the heart of the Lower Garden District at the edge of Central City, 2 blocks from St. Charles, Parades, Restaurants, Bars, and shops. Second lines pass right by the house on most Sundays. There is a beautiful Live Oak in the front of our Victorian and our neighborhood is quiet.
