Garden Bungalow Retreat

Keep it simple at this quiet, centrally located bungalow. It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station. Fully self contained with bathroom and kitchenette and a small outdoor courtyard and split system heating/cooling. Great views of the garden and a bright and airy space that feels bigger than it is. Private entrance keeps you separate from the hosts. But we're here if you need us.

Perfect locale for the traveller

My place is close to Wild Timor Coffee, as well as a large selection of restaurants and cafes. Easy access to public transport, both tram and train. Coburg Leisure Centre and parkland including Merri Creek.. It's a Victorian terrace, you will have your own room but will share the bathroom and kitchen. If it's a sunny day take your book and glass of wine or cup of tea to the sunroom and soak up the warmth through the double glazed windows while looking out onto the garden.

A King Sized Bed...divine!

West Footscray is an inner city family friendly environment boasting various parks and a choice of cafes all within walking distance. Victoria University and the Western Hospital are nearby. PLEASE NOTE : 1. It is a shared bathroom. 2. You must be comfortable around dogs. Our 35kg boy spends a lot of time inside. He can get vocal when excited. 3. We cannot accommodate: - Smokers - Children - Guests being in the house all day. This includes working from home full time.

Funky Loft studio apartment in Footscray

This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
