vielen herzlichen Dank – euer Haus ist fantastisch gelegen und ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um viele Attraktionen und Städte in der Umgebung mit dem Auto zu entdecken. Das Haus ist gross, sehr ruhig und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Organisation war top, deine Antworten kamen super schnell, und wir konnten ganz kurzfristig buchen – das haben wir wirklich sehr geschätzt!

Elisa var otroligt serviceinriktad och lätt att ha att göra med. Superfint boende, bra planlösning och superlyxigt med eget badrum till varje sovrum. Området var fint och välskött, dock är upplevelsen att man bör ha tillgång till egen bil för att transportera sig mellan boendet och stadens utbud av olika aktiviteter.

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Maurizio e Giulia ci hanno accolti calorosamente nella loro bellissima casa. Tutto esattamente come nelle foto, ambienti accoglienti e puliti, il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo!

Maison spacieuse, elle est plus grande en réalité que ce qu'il semble sur les photos. Super terrasse de toit. En vacances avec 2 ados début mars nous avons pu en profiter. Simone est à l'écoute et de bon conseils resto. Logement idéalement situé en plein centre avec commerces, bar, resto mer à 5 min à pied. Et parfait pour visiter la Toscane. A recommander !

La casa di Simone è in posizione molto centrale vicino alla zona pedonale e anche al mare. La via è tranquilla e trafficata solo dai residenti delle case. La casa è indipendente ed ha una ottima distribuzione degli spazi. Per il periodo invernale il riscaldamento funziona molto bene e esiste il condizionamento estivo. Posto auto comodo all’interno dove c’è anche uno spazio per una zona pranzo e relax. L’Interno è arredato molto bene, TV in ogni stanza, cucina perfettamente attrezzata e abitabile. Zona lavanderia esterna comoda. Simone é molto disponibile ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e velocissimo nelle comunicazioni e negli interventi. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Wer gern zentrumsnah in der wunderschönen, historischen und zugleich angenehm entspannten Stadt Lucca wohnen möchte und dabei Wert auf ein stilvolles, hochwertiges Ambiente legt, ist hier genau richtig. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die toskanische Landschaft, ans Meer oder nach Florenz etc... Ein wirklich tolles Haus – absolut empfehlenswert! Wenn wir wieder in Lucca sind, kommen wir sehr gern zurück. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern bei Marco zu Gast und es war super erholsam und vor allem wegen des fantastischen Pools ein besonders schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, der Garten ist groß. Die Gegend ist sehr abwechslungsreich und wunderschön, die Lage ist super. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig, der kleine Ortskern sehr gemütlich und typisch.zum Strand fährt man 5 Minuten. Marco ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in der ruhigen Toskana. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und man hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Einfahrt ist spannend mit einem großen Fahrzeug, jedoch auch kein Problem. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig und schön und man ist schnell in Lucca. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlte es uns an nichts, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Falls man mit 8 Personen reist, die nicht unbedingt ein Paar sind, sind zwei der Betten vielleicht etwas eng, wir waren zu 7. und haben aus einem Zimmer ein Einzelzimmer gemacht, so hat es perfekt gepasst. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

This villa up in the mountains is easily one of the best that my family and I have stayed at. There are amazing views of the village of Buti in the valley below and Tuscan landscape further out and hiking trails surround the area. The house and grounds are impeccably decorated and maintained. Though the building looked 100+ years old, it felt very modern and comfortable for city dwellers like us. Melissa, the lady that helped us check-in/check-out, was very friendly and delivered the wife's left-behind wallet to us after we checked out.

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!

Villa Vittoria è il mix ideale tra tranquillità e comfort, a pochi minuti da Lucca. Gli interni sono spaziosi, ben riscaldati e accoglienti, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il patio coperto permette di godersi il panorama anche nelle giornate fresche. Sarebbe bello poterci tornare d’estate per godere del parco e della bellissima piscina. Un posto ideale per una fuga in Toscana!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! The hosts - Lorenzo and Bernadette - were so helpful. They greeted us and took us up the hill to the house. They left fresh fruit, snacks and the basics for cooking. Waking up to the view cannot be described. You have to see it for yourself! Don’t be turned off by other comments about the driveway. Lorenzo takes you up the first time and it’s easy from there! Keep it in 1st :)
