Such a quaint, clean, and cozy place located in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and kayak rentals. It was easy to find and get in the home and the instructions for everything were clear. We really enjoyed the adorable painted tiles and decor and sitting out on the porch.

Wonderful set of apartments in a great area of Berlin, right next to a SBahn stop 10 mins away from Mitte. We used the place as a group of 12 students, for which the common room was particularly helpful. The rooms are excellent and as described, and the price is really a bargain when calculated per person. Entrance to the courtyard is also the service door for a restaurant, but with a big group as is intended for this place you are not bothered by this at all. Fully recommended!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Der Garten mit allem drum und dran lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Vor allem die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung top ausgestattet, hier blieben keine Wünsche offen. Dicker Pluspunkt: Wir finden die Unterkunft besonders kinderfreundlich :)!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin in the woods over the weekend! The setting was absolutely perfect for the beginning of spring—we loved exploring the surroundings through hikes and bike tours, and in the evenings, we enjoyed the peaceful quiet and stargazing. The cabin itself felt like a second home—clean, warm, and inviting. Cooking was effortless, as the kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the little touches like card games and chess for relaxed evenings. The fireplace added to the cozy and romantic atmosphere, making our stay even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, and we’d love to come back!

todo perfecto en el alojamiento, el barrio tiene de todo y es muy bonito, solo el traslado desde Berlín a la zona fue complicada porque se nos indicó solo una forma de transporte la xual era la menos conveniente, usar bus 248 y metro linea 5 mucho mas efectivo, usar ubicación en Google nos dio estas opciones, por lo demás todo bien.

Huset og indholdet er præcist som beskrevet i opslaget - hverken mere eller mindre. Det er nemt med butik på den anden side af vejen - samt bus og sporvogn på gaden.

Jwd. Der letzte Bus fährt um 20:10 ab KW. Wer das berücksichtigt wird sich sehr wohl fühlen, so wie ich. Alles Bestens.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage, die einladende Terrasse und die unmittelbare Nähe zum See und Wald machen die Umgebung ideal für eine entspannte Auszeit. Der Check-In verlief völlig reibungslos und Andrea sowie ihr Mann waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Jacqueline was an amazing host and the summer house was lovely. We loved returning to it after our city adventures. The best thing was the coffee machines and the warm floor for the bathroom.

Meine Freundinnen und ich haben einen spontanen Geburtstagstrip gemacht. Von uns aus Berlin war die Unterkunft sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die schöne Gegend sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war auch immer total gut. Ich kann diese süße Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, die Ausstattung ist super und wer Lust hat auf ein bisschen Ruhe und Natur ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit 😊

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccezionale presso la casa della Sig.ra Sirka. La padrona di casa è una persona eccezionale e gentile, che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie già prima del nostro arrivo. Viaggiando senza macchina, abbiamo molto apprezzato la sua gentilezza nel darci un passaggio fino alla stazione del treno, non una ma ben due volte. Il posto è molto bello, pulito e curato, con tutti i servizi necessari a disposizione. La zona circostante è splendida, immersa nel verde, con un lago e numerosi sentieri per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta. Se avrò l'opportunità, tornerò senza dubbio in questo meraviglioso posto. Consigliatissimo!

Meine Eltern und ich hatten eine tolle Erfahrung bei Barbara und ihrem Mann! Das Häuschen war sehr schön dekoriert und liebevoll gestalten, hatte alles, was man für eine Aufenthalt brauchen könnte und die beiden waren sehr angenehme, freundliche, fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Nur zu empfehlen :)

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Studio Appartement in Warnitz und haben uns wieder super wohl gefühlt! Es ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ein einziger, kleine Raum, der aber so liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, dass es sich auch an schlechtwetter Tagen einkuscheln und gemütlich sein lässt. Da wir ohne Auto unterwegs sind, ist die Anbindung mit dem Zug aus Berlin perfekt. Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Alles picobello sauber, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Zudem ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Unmittelbare Nähe zum See, ruhige Lage. 100 % Weiterempfehlung. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Logement calme et propice au repos après une journée de visite. Proximité des transports en commun pour se déplacer facilement dans Berlin. Ligne S9 très pratique (aéroport et Berlin centre) Köpenick (2 arrêts de tram) que nous avons découvert le dernier jour vaut le détour (activités balnéaires)

We had a fantastic stay! We enjoyed staying at the house as much as discovering the surrounding areas. Bernd and Annette have created a place filled with beauty and harmony. Thank you, Annete, for the fantastic studio visit! and Bernd for picking us up since we got off the bus a couple of stops before our destination. Wir hatten tolle Ostern und die Unterkunft ist perfekt von der Aufteilung für mehrere Personen und bestens ausgestattet.

Mein Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und das WLAN sehr schnell. Die Lage ist ideal, mit bequemer Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr ruhige Wohnung von einer echt netten Gastgeberin. Das Klavier ist besonders hervorzuheben. Man kann es rund um die Uhr spiele, ohne jemanden zu stören. Es ist ein eher lautes, aber sehr gut gestimmtes Instrument.

Annerose empfängt euch herzlich auf ihrem wunderschönen Grundstück direkt am See. Klärt aber vorher, ob ihr das bekommt, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Kann immer mal passieren, dass was ausgebessert werden muss und dementsprechend woanders einquartiert. Ansonsten alles gut ausgestattet und tiptop.

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.

Nous avons passé un délicieux moment dans le logement de Doreen. Endroit tout confort, pratique, bien décoré et agencé. Tout correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. De plus, Doreen a été très réactive aux messages. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cet endroit. Merci et bonne continuation !
