This property is situated in an amazing spot close to shopping districts, such as Eastland, facilities including Aquanation and quick access to the city via Eastlink or public transport. The hosts were easily contactable and provided support when needed.

Otto's place was really well kept in an ideal location for us. we had family and friends close by. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station and then a 45 minute train ride into the city of Melbourne. lots of beautiful locations near by to visit by car, I would highly recommend it. We will be back.

We enjoyed the stay at Amy's place. it was clean and nice place. Specialy recommending any other family or large group.

This place was Walkable to where I needed to be , photos as it is . The host Jess was helpful from start and did not ask too many questions during our stay which I preferred . She just made sure we were good . Thank you Jess ..

Wow! Can I give a 6 star rating? We absolutely loved our short get away at Vanessa’s Forest Retreat ….. what an amazing little gem!! Nestled in the hills and forest an absolutely beautiful spot to recharge from the hustle and bustle of city life! Vanessa is an amazing host who has thought of everything to make her guests stays super relaxing. Oh and that hot tub …. Amazing!! Thanks for sharing your little spot of paradise Vanessa!

We specially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. And how clean and tidy the entire apartment was. Final thank yous to Don and Shiro for your excellent communication and flexibility. A lovely place to stay. Only issue was no reception on arrival if you don't have Telstra so I couldnt get into the AirBNB app to get the instructions. So make sure you have all the arrival details handy before you get there. But we just popped into the cafe and found Gillian and she told us all we needed to do! Great advice of where to eat and visit in the local area. We had a lovely time, wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed for the night and wished we had booked for a week instead! Photos don’t do it justice. In love with the property, plants and garden. very calm and peaceful. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay 😍

My Husband and I wanted a night away close to Melbourne and this property did not disappoint …. Such a gorgeous well appointed Tri Level Cottage in beautiful surroundings and only 2 mins walk to Olindas High end with all its local Boutiques and cafes. Alan was great with communication and check in was a breeze. We loved it and will be back. Very comfy King Size Bed too and the Spa was divine….. the only suggestion literally is could have done with a larger cheese Board ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would definitely stay here again. So convenient to everything. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
