You will love the master suite that includes a private bathroom with over-sized soaking tub. The kitchen is lovely, large, and well equipped. We understand that you come to Flaming Gorge to play. That's why we made sure to provide ample parking for vehicles, boats, and other toys. There is a blink doorbell to help protect the toys.

Have a cozy place to cook for your friends and loved ones on the 6 burner professional cookstove and an outdoor grill and cozy up with the wood stove.

Whether you're a hard core angler needing a place to sleep or a family looking for a fun weekend get away this is the house for you! Enjoy privacy in our fenced, xeriscape yard with plenty of boat parking including outside power to charge batteries. Kids will have fun on the playground, while dad BBQ's the days catch on our pellet smoker and mom relaxes on the fully equipped patio. More of an indoor person? WE GOT YOU with central AC, WIFI, flat screen TV's and a fully equipped kitchen!!

3 miles to access the river launch. 5.5 miles to reservoir boat launch. 5 miles to Little Hole. Spacious 2,000 sq. foot house. 5 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen including seasonings. 2 smart T.V.s. 2 family rooms. WiFi. Backyard deck. Propane Grill. Fire pit (wood provided). Laundry room. The price for a night goes up $15 per person after six people. You can change the number of people coming anytime before your reservation.

Close to fishing, hunting and hiking. Our home is clean, comfy and cozy. It is updated with Dish and WiFi. Guests have the full use of the home, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and living room. Covered deck with table and chairs, BBQ. Long driveway, fully fenced yard with grass surrounded by lots of pine trees with fire pit/log benches. We are pet and smoking friendly (outside). Please help us make it pleasant and clean for the next guests.

"The Barn" Tiny House Apartment: 2 Bedroom

Beautiful Country Views! This 2 bedroom tiny apartment has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and an open loft with another Queen bed. Bathroom with a shower. It has a full kitchen. Located just behind the owners home. Not far from 1-80, close to the Uinta Mountains, or an hour from Flaming Gorge. Plenty of room for parking, just please no semis. No animals. This is a smoke/vape free property.
