Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Donkey Oaty Cabin

Donkey Oaty Cabin is a unique little self contained studio cabin, with lots of quaint and gorgeous details, including an exquisite hand made stained glass donkey window. Located in the home paddock patch of Iron Brook Donkey Farm. With incredible views across the ranges, donkeys to cuddle, bush to wander in, a little creek, fresh air and loads of Yarra Ranges charm, this property is conveniently located between the Redwood Forest and the Ada Tree, and actually backs onto the Yarra State Forest.

Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

Our Yarra Valley Cottage

Gorgeous, character-filled cottage with open fireplace. Stunning mountain views and gardens. Walk to Warburton Rail Trail, Yarra River, and Launching Place Hotel for a meal or drink. Close to cafes, wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, Mt Donna Buang, and all the Yarra Valley offers. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Chat with our friendly dogs, George (Bull Mastiff) & Myrtle (Bulldog), highland cow, sheep, duck, and chooks.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Private, peaceful one bedroom cottage a few minutes drive from Warburton Township, for your exclusive use. A sun dappled half acre block with gardens of European and Australian plants, mountain ash and tree ferns, and lovely mountain views. Amazing native birds and animals with very sociable parrots. Very close to the Redwood Forest and Bodhivana Buddhist Temple. Rail Trail and O'Shannassy Aqueduct Trail nearby for walking and cycling adventures.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. The gardens have been lovingly manicured over decades and are full of winding pathways, bridges and spectacular visuals/sound. Backing on to the golf course and a short walk away from the centre of town, Warburton Green is a perfect getaway for friends and family.

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
