On The Rise - Launceston

A bright clean and spacious private bed-sitter in peaceful surroundings, has separate bathroom located on the ground floor of our townhouse, it has it's own entrance. There are beautiful views to Tamar Island and the mountains. The room has a queen bed, lounge and dining area, free WiFi, TV, toaster, kettle and microwave, but NO further cooking facilities. Coffee, tea, milk and continental breakfast are provided on request.(Muesli, yoghurt, bread and condements). Our accomodation is smoke free

All close by are a canyon, caves, kayaking on a great lake, waterfalls, the nightly parade of Little penguins and the list goes on. Perhaps relax on the verandah with your wine to watch the beautiful sunset and wait for the nightly wildlife visitors or sit by the fire with a good book.
