One of the best properties visited in recent time s with family. Well maintained , spacious living , rooms and garden. Again will visit the same place in brahmawar.

We loved our stay at this little gem. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday. 1. Location wise, the home is away from any amenities and off the main road too. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main road through a beaten little pathway, and a 10 minute drive to the local shops. The home neighbours palm tree plantations all around. The home runs parallel to a river, which is perfect for swimming, reclining on the nice comfortable arm chairs and just hanging about. 2. The kitchen has the basic pots/ pans/ ladels/ tableware. 3. We went there mid April, the heat was manageable. But being from Goa, we are more tolerant to high humidity and heat. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a pedestal, we opened the windows through the night to cross ventilate the home. They have mosquito nets on all the windows, so that was great. 3. The housekeeper came did a great job tidying up. 4. All communication was prompt was exacting. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here and it was perfect for us.

Amazing place to stay. We loved it. The porch swing was a favorite with our kids. Latha was a great host and went above & beyond to make us comfortable and feel at home. We arrived late at night for our check in and she even had a small dinner prepped for us as she knew we had travelled all day getting there. The rental was exactly as described and the location was just perfect. Looking forward to another visit soon !!

I would like to thank our super host Sachin and his entire team Rajendra and Deepak for our beautiful stay at Chikmagalur. My strong recommendation for the peaceful, beautiful and rejuvenating stay , food served was fabulous and lip smacking. It was wonderful experience as we went to kundapura for my cousins marriage with my parents and kids as it was late night 11 we reached mithun house eventhough it was late night mithun was guiding us the route and helped us pick our luggage till home and offered us milk and as we stayed for 3 days each and everyday mithun was calling us and asking if we need any help and house was sparkling clean and mithun house was near by for everything like restaurants,groceries etc then my parents and kids felt homely as my kids had there favorite alexa Tv to watch and surrounding nature felt like homely thanks mithun for giving us homely atmosphere and making our stay wonderful ☺️

The property is absolutely stunning. Quiet, with just birds chirping and the sound of a flowing stream in the distance. In the evenings and night, you hear the wind. Rooms are nice, cozy and have an old world charm, gazebo is a definite ++ and there is a fire pit too to warm you when it's chilly. Food is absolutely great. The dosas are the best we have had ever. Beautifully aromatic, one of a kind! Other food that we ordered was great too, good portions and taste! There are quite a few things to do around - one can hike, go to viewpoints, go on a temple run, ride their bikes or just be lost in estate wilderness and walking trails. For us, the biggest value of the place was nature in its full glory without the hazards and distractions of the modern world. Beautiful, and we would very much like to be back! P.s. bring your doggos! They will love it! Ours just wanted to sun bathe or go for nature walks!
