We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! During this trip, we stayed at three different Airbnb houses, but Amanda was by far the best host. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality and comfort. Amanda’s hospitality truly made our stay special - she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. My family and I felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Amanda is a fantastic host, and her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We will definitely come back.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We always love staying at this beautiful cottage. Great communication.. lovely area and walking distance to many restaurants and great cafes. The cottage is spacious and well set up, we love the backyard and the afternoon sun always warms the sitting area. The kitchen has everything you need and all the basic things you need Ike tea/coffee etc We always return here with the kids, it feels like a home away from home. Thank you again!

Annes place is in a wonderful location, lovely and well equipped kitchen. Perfect place for a long weekend in Melbourne, very close to Readings Bookstore, sigh, and lots of amazing eateries and cafes. Highly recommend.

A perfect peaceful escape & well located to transport and amenities. After a day out one comes back to a relaxing refuge and current decor and ambience. Perfect for doing your own thing in the kitchen or just relaxing indoors or out. Looking forward to our next visit….and may it be longer 🎶

Quite possibly our best air bnb stay ever. And we’ve stayed at a lot. It was my first time staying in a Melbourne terrace house. It was amazing!!!! Honestly never been to a place that matched the photos so perfectly. If not better. We stayed for 6 nights so we wanted more than just a hotel room. Would stay again tomorrow if we could. So close to south Melbourne markets which you can go to for breaky, lunch and get supplies for dinner if you want. Across from the tram stop too. Kara was an amazing host too. Went above and beyond for us. The shower pressure was so wonderful too! So good worthy of a comment haha. Highly recommend. Don’t second guess your decision to book this beautiful home. Evie’s place was but small and cosy and well set up for a little family (kids toys were a bonus!) We loved the location and little backyard.

The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

My three generational family spent a week in Julie's place for the F1 weekend. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The bedrooms were all spacious with loads of storage, the beds extremely comfortable, sheets crisp and white. A porta cot for my 4-month-old grandson was provided. The bathrooms were very clean and had all the amenities you could need, towels white and fluffy. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed and then some. Even milk in the fridge. A spacious dining table that sat 8 plus a highchair for my 2-year-old granddaughter. The lounge area had more than enough room for the adults as well as a plentiful supply of toys for the grandies. The location was perfect, right in front of a tram stop and a few minutes' walk away from the Crown Casino and Southbank bars and restaurants. The hostess Julie was brilliant, replied to texts immediately and even accommodated our late check out at the last minute. I absolutely would go back again. The pool is great too.

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

Location, location, location. Centrally located in the CBD on the 10 floor with nice views of the city from the balcony. The common living space was small but doable for 5 adults. The place is very clean and modern. Nice washer and dryer. The minor complaint is that the bedroom off the kitchen has a glass door so if the light is on in the kitchen or common living area the bedroom has light in it (might effect those sensitive to light when sleeping). The instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise, and easy to follow. Overall, this place was awesome and we would recommend it without any hesitation.

Fei was a very gracious host and also friendly. He offered to help with our luggage upon arrival. ☺️ Response to our messages were prompt. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the actual docks which makes for a beautiful morning/sunset walk or run. 10/10 experience overall.

Had a great stay at Amily's place. She was super responsive and also helped us with an early check in. View from the apartment was great, and is also well connected to other parts of the city. Highly recommend!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD.
