Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

This Deluxe Villa is spread on two floors with a private pool. Access to the pool area creates the feel of a luxury summer home and invites a carefree mood. This beautiful apartment is only 120m away from beach, walking distance 5min. Top floor comes with 3 double bedrooms and an additional area with a folded bed which converts to an extra double bed. Master bedroom is truly inspiring as it features a glass wall with panoramic sea views.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
