A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) A comfortable lounge area. also, a radio that can be paired to your devices so you can play you own music, Tv & Free Wi-Fi included.

You will have the whole home to yourself. The top level is perfect for guests who have mobility issues, as there is a bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, lounge and deck all on this level.

We are just a 5 minute stroll from Merimbula's town centre where you will find restaurants, pub, clubs & boutique shopping as well as our closest beach at Spencer Park & children’s playground. Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.

Our beach house is the perfect place to enjoy your Merimbula holiday, with gorgeous views over town, lake, beaches & ocean. Walking distance to 3 beaches & short car drive over to a 4th. Short bush walk out to the point for a chance to spot amazing sea life. Enjoy great weather, beaches for surfing, fishing & diving, great restaurants & shops, art galleries.
