Have stayed at Mick and Lisa’s before and went back because it is an ideal place in an ideal location. Great amenities, clean, easy check-in and great hosts who are more than happy to answer any questions and give local recommendations. Thanks Mick and Lisa for another 5 star stay!

Ashlea’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures though still managed to exceed our expectations. She went beyond providing just the essentials and directed us personally into the garage and car park to avoid any confusion. The space was clean and inviting, extremely spacious and took us no time to feel right at home. All the amenities and products you could possibly need (and then some) were provided for and easily accessible. The train station and supermarkets were also no more than a 5 minute walk. Ashlea was very responsive and aided us with any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 would and do plan on staying again!

Generally our stay at Ahmed's place was good. Our communication with Ahmed was good. There were some things that need fixing: give the unit number as well as the street number, supply dishcloth and tea towel, install towel rails in bathrooms. We did have trouble getting into the place for reasons that were beyond air b&b and Ahmed. We received too any emails over the days before our booking so it was hard to recall just which ones were relevant. The one that described entry procedures must have arrived while were travelling all day by ferry, coach, aeroplane, and private car. We simply did not have an opportunity to receive and study the email. When I did later open the email I found that the entry instructions were given in great detail: good. But the print was small and difficult to read. Especially as I am a senior person with not good eyes. Personally, I'd prefer a simple lock box and key or touch pad an code, a pad that was not as digital fickle as Ahmed's. Ahmed arrived to help

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Great little quirky place to stay for our first time exploring Melbourne. Easy check in process, nice to be right across from walking path and little park, very close to multiple public transportation options so no car needed. Liked the loft space and had enough amenities to allow some cooking in the place. Quiet street. Glad we were able to find a place that wasn’t too far from the city center.

Jenn & Sean are amazing hosts that make the stay very comfortable! The accommodation was very new looking and spotless. Lots of space for clothing and toiletries. The bed and large TV were very nice. The garden is a little oasis and the BBQ was great to have access to. We loved the tram being around the corner and able to get into the city very easily with the online myki pass. Would definitely stay here again.

Jen was friendly and proactive through communication during our family stay. Everything was modern through recent rennovation and was a well equipped and cosy house.

Beautiful modern and clean townhouse with everything required for a pleasant stay. The location is handy as it's only a 20min drive to the CBD, zoo etc. The only downside is the traffic noise as it's on a busy road. Not so bad on public holidays but pretty average on business days. Place could do with double glazed glass on the upstairs bedroom to reduce noise. However overall it's a great, comfortable stay. thank you to the owner.
