Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Annalisa est une hôtesse charmante. Elle est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de petits conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement était spacieux et impeccable . Les extérieurs sont agréables. La place de stationnement est un plus . Une station de bus se trouve juste à côté du logement ainsi qu’un grand supermarché . C’est très pratique .

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous retenons l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes. L'immeuble est calme et bien situé, proche des transports (bus), commerces, cafés et restaurant, à quelques minutes à pieds du Colisée. L'appartement est très propre, clair, de belles chambres avec rangements. Nous recommandons +++

The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

Appartement conforme en tout points à l’annonce. Nedim a été très réactif et attentionné à mes demandes et questions. Très bon emplacement proche du métro pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Environnement un peu bruyant mais c'est normal pour un centre ville. Merci à Alissa et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Appartamento molto gradevole e curato, in posizione ottima sia per visitare la citta' che per passare una serata fuori. Ottimi servizi vicino a casa - ristoranti, metro e bus, supermercati Host molto disponibile e comunicazione chiara Raccomandiamo al 100%

Appartement très bien situé près du Colisée et de la gare, spacieux, belle hauteur sous plafond.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement spacieux et fonctionnel.Nous avons ete accueillis chaleureusement et avec de bons conseils.L idee de la carte de Rome sous la nappe de la cuisine est excellente tout comme la carte des transports en commun.Le quartier est sympathique avec une pizzeria juste a côté tres bonne. Il y a un petit supermarché a 2 pas et un marchand de fruits et légumes juste en face.Nous avons tout fait a pied .Le Vatican est a 30 mns.Le centre historique a 40 mns.Le quartier est tres vallonné il faut prévoir de garder des forces pour remonter .La rue est assez passante comme dans toute grande ville .C'est vraiment une tres bonne adresse a retenir !

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Andrea & Zoe were wonderful hosts, so communicative ! The apartment was spotless and exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfy & the couch was a perfect fit for 4. It’s only a few minute walk from the Cipro Metro Station and lots of nice little cafes & restaurants in the area. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone, 10/10 !

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Era perfetto, vicinissimo al Colosseo ed altre attrazioni turistiche. Si trovava proprio al centro. Alessandra è stata sempre gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada, camas con olor agradable, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, amenidades indispensables o necesarias en el baño y cocina todo excelente. Si volvería otra vez.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! What really made this stay special was Miguel’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure I felt at home.
