This place was perfect for the two of us! It’s up a short hill, providing privacy but also a block to the town and the beach. We definitely used the earplugs at night. The communal pool and lounge area was relaxing and even though a cute new building blocks most of the ocean view, it still has a really great view! The unit itself was clean, plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen had all the essentials. Our host was super responsive, helping us rent a golf cart and offering other recommendations around Sayulita.

From the moment I booked, María was incredibly sweet and responsive. She welcomed us in person with her adorable dog, Nugget, and showed us the space — a clean, cozy guesthouse perfect for me and my partner. The location was ideal; most places were walkable (6–26 minutes). María and her assistant Lupita were super accommodating. When I couldn’t find an open laundry service, María kindly offered hers at a great price, and I had my clothes back the next morning, neatly folded. Our flight got delayed, and she generously let us check out late. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would absolutely return and recommend!

Segunda ocasión en el lugar de Maricarmen. Toda una experiencia fuera de lo común. Todo el tiempo me sentí como en casa. La amabilidad y el cariño recibido por Maricarmen y Tato es tan extenso que ya los veo como mi familia. Si quieren ser recibidos con amabilidad, respeto, cariño, discreción y mucha educación, el piso de Maricarmen es el idóneo. Muchas gracias amigos hermosos. Nos veremos muy pronto.

Todo muy agradable, limpio, fácil acceso, caminado encuentras cosas básicas a 5 min el super , farmacia de todo , el lugar limpio, agradable, con lo necesario, todo excelente. La encargada respondía rápido y siempre al pendiente muy ambiente. sin duda me quedaría de nuevo con ella.

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Super beautiful property in walking distance to a beautiful beach. We loved the property, the pool and outdoor kitchen. Margarita and her husband were very kind, helpful and accommodating. Big thank you for letting us use the hot tub at night! Surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, but restaurants and the town are easy and quick to reach. We had an amazing stay and loved every moment! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Margarita and Herman!

We loved Lori's place. It was perfect for us. We didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was a fantastic spot for experiencing the local grocery store, eating in downtown restaurants and walking around the port. Lori was very prompt with communication and super helpful. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Maria was attentive to our needs and a great communicator. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable, great bed. The only recommendation is a number on the house, for the taxi amd golf cart drop off. It was a wonderful stay overall.

Excelente atención y servicio

I’ve traveled to a lot of beautiful destinations and stayed in a lot of unique accommodations, but none that I will miss as much as this! We bonded quickly with the hosts and other guests and felt immediately welcome. The grounds were absolutely stunning—lush, meticulously kept, and incredibly photo-worthy at every turn. Sunset walks to the beach were a must; the views included whale sightings, and it was the perfect way to unwind each day. If you're looking for some liveliness, downtown Todos has tons of shopping, food, and activities to explore. It’s the perfect mix of tranquility and spontaneity! Whether they're ready or not, I will be back soon ;)

Great stay in San Cristobal . Cerritos is a traditional neighborhood . Very quiet and peaceful . I felt right at home and looking forward to returning and taking a cooking class ! The little apartment was perfectly equipped with coffee and cooking utensils . The sheets stood out as super soft as well . Stephanie was always responsive to any questions too .

Ximenas house is an incredible oasis! We had a relaxing time here! The highlight for us was the incredible pool area overlooking the golf course and the ocean! The house is well equipped with everything that you need for your stay! The pool is heated, and is the perfect temperature at anytime of year! The house is a massive compound, but also felt very cozy as well! Our pets were so happy staying here as well! It was so nice to meet other people from all over the world also staying here. You’re close to everything here, with downtown San Jose Del Cabo about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Grocery stores and Walmart is down the street as well. We could’ve spent weeks staying here. Ximena is an awesome host! We even left some items behind, and Ximena was kind enough to meet us after check out to give us the items that we left behind! We will most definitely be back! Thank you Ximena and family for a lovely stay!

5 Stars – A True Gem in Mexico! I had a wonderful stay at Casita Buen Onda. The name really says it all—this house has such a good vibe! It was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and spotless. The space felt thoughtfully curated and fully stocked with everything I needed. Even though the host wasn’t on-site, communication was a breeze. She was super easy to talk to—friendly, cool, and very responsive. Any questions or requests I had were handled immediately by her local team, who were always nearby and happy to help. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, stylish, and well-cared-for place to stay in Mexico.

El lugar es cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario. El departamento muy limpio. Me gustó mucho la ubicación y esta en una área segura.

El lugar es más bonito que en la fotos, las reglas de la casa son muy claras y faciles de seguir. Las camas, almohadas y sábanas fueron agradables.

Ava is a wonderful host and Ameri was so welcoming when we arrived. Cold beers from the patio fridge and in our own fridge were so on point ! Gracias! We are dog lovers and hanging outside by the pool with the four pooches made our stay extra special. Plus the views from the rooftop patios are amazing - we spent most of our time sipping coffee or beer and taking it all in. The kitty and chickens add to the appeal of this paradise by the sea. For folks who like to walk - while you can walk to the local coffee shop and burrito place you cannot really stroll anywhere else, like even tho the beach is right there - the car traffic makes it impassable on foot.

Place was as described, excellent communication, great AC units, spacious and well-stocked kitchen, and a nice little home gym setup. Place felt private (stand-alone "house"), and was walking distance from a ton of variety - restaurants and bars - while not feeling too loud. Thank you!
