We absolutely love this townhouse! It was neat and clean. The space was appropriate for our girls trip. It is also located near a lot of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Making it the perfect getaway!

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

It was like a home to me. We have stayed there for 44 days with my wife and infant boy. The place was super clean. Host was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

Robert's place was spotless which is super important to me! He was always quick to respond and extremely helpful with requests. He was very apologetic when a previously approved late checkout couldn't be accommodated and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Airbnb was clean and spacious. It was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We did not make use of the splash pool so cannot comment on that. Communication with JC was excellent. Instructions for checking and checkout were clear, and they responded promptly to questions or problems. We did have an issue with loud next-door neighbors and eventually that was resolved. Overall our stay was pleasant and met our needs.

My friends & I absolutely love this place. It was very spacious & in a good location. Deonte has been the best host I ever experienced. The house was clean and came with everything to make us feel at home. If you are looking for a place to stay at , don’t second guess cause Deonte’s townhouse is the place to be.

I shared this house with two colleagues for a conference at one of the large, nearby hotels within a 2-mile range. Compared to our colleagues who stayed at that hotel or surrounding hotels, we won the lottery finding this place- 3 bed, 3.5 bath, beautiful living area and pool. It was outstanding. This home is beautifully located at the end of a street so it is quiet and the neighbors are wonderful also. Darlene, the owner, was kind, responsive and welcoming. Uber was $5-7 one way to the major hotels and if we did drive around, easily accessible to other parts of Miami. All Ubers were great, nice area. The 3 bedrooms and baths are upstairs so if you have suitcases, etc, the stairs are marble or granite just be careful. It's beautiful and theres a rail, we had no issues. Mentioning for seniors. Darlene checked on us and was amazing throughout if we had questions. This place is great for families and professionals. Location, accommodations, decor, all excellent. Highly recommended!

Great stay! The place was just as described and in a great, private location! Lots of space in the home and beautifully decorated! Would stay here again! Michelle was also extremely responsive and communicative—she accommodated an early check in and some flight cancellations we ran into!

This place really felt like home and was exactly what we needed after such an eventful week. Every single thing we needed was there. It was like we did not ever leave home. We loved it sincerely. We only stayed one night here, but definitely worth it! Great home, great area, great hosts. We had to catch a late flight on the way into Miami and a late check-in was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was really nice and we would definitely visit again! The A/C units worked wonderfully (at 8 months pregnant, I really appreciated that!!) The park across the street was perfect for our family and our little boy loved the back yard. The house was very toddler friendly and we loved being able to have easy access to good restaurants and the local sprouts grocery store. Check-in and out was simple and easy. Monica was quick to check in with us at check-in. Although there is only one parking spot behind the gate, there was free street parking for a second car. Having the black out shades in the bedrooms was a great plus! It was really nice to have a double fridge, as we didn’t have to worry about running out of room, as we prefer to cook more on vacation. Overall, it was a beautiful home and a great place to vacation!
