Linda was an incredible host, she was so helpful, had great recommendations and was happy to help. Her place was clean, easy to access and felt very safe. We loved our time at Linda’s place and feel it’s the best space we’ve rented. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

Gwenda is a great host- she was proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The apartment was pristine with a sunny comfortable sitting area, a just-what-you-need kitchen, big, bright and clean bathroom with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Bristol is a sweet little town well worth a visit all on its own or as an easy jumping off point for Newport or Providence.

Been to Michael's place many times, and I love it. A true getaway—beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, in a lovely neighborhood that instantly feels like home. I'll be back soon.

There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

Tatiana is a great host, her place was perfect for an extended stay with my dog for a holiday in Bristol with my daughter. So comfortable to come back to after a day at the museums in Boston or sightseeing in Salem.

Perfect Airbnb experience. The place was amazing - comfortable, peaceful, easy to get too and a perfect location close to the URI campus making parents weekend an absolute breeze. What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

The property was very charming and cosy in a very beautiful street close to Brown and RISD. It was bright with traditional high ceilings and furnished to a very high standard. It was a home away from home. Keiko and Joe were super responsive, friendly and very helpful. And I hope to be going back soon!

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

The apartment was adorable- decorated very nicely and beachy - and was very clean! Sandra left toiletries which was very much appreciated and gave awesome local recommendations. Easy check in - would love to stay again and highly recommend.

When we arrived, we met with Brian and he was quite hospitable. We had a large gathering and Brian was present to help with parking. Brian went beyond being a fabulous host by allowing us to use his personal living space to host a dinner. If you are looking for a quaint comfortable place to spend the night, this is it.
