Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

Sunlover

This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Eagles Outlook Studio

Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, the studio features Queen bed, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine & air con. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, & cook a BBQ in the courtyard. The property comprises the main house + two studio apartments (see listing Eagles Outlook House). Guests share pool, walkway & carport. Absolutely no pets or parties. 2 adults only permitted.

Amare in Sandcastles Resort - Agnes Water

Enjoy a peaceful experience at this centrally located studio unit. The Amare apartment is nestled amongst the palm trees in the Sandcastles Resort. This studio is equipped with a queen size bed, a smart tv, free Wi-Fi, a microwave and basic kitchen facilities. Eat at the Drift & Wood restaurant or walk to town in a few minutes. Featuring onsite parking within metres of the door. Relax beside the pool or a short stroll of only 250 metres and you are on the magnificent beach of Agnes Water.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

"The Billabong"

Mac,and Gaynor , invite you to stay at the cabin overlooking the "Billabong" in our private bush acreage. You can meet our resident families of kangaroos and wallabys, also all the birds. Relax on the deck while you plan your next adventure. For you boaties, we have a parking area for your trailer boat, and a few hot offshore marks. the Billabong has a dog friendly area. The Billabong is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops and famous Agnes Water surf beach but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book.
