A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Villa Leopoldina in the heart of Tuscany

At the ground floor, the kitchen has direct access to the garden, making it especially pleasant and convenient to enjoy meals such as breakfast or dinner at the outdoor table. On the first floor, there is a spacious dining room that can comfortably accommodate all guests for lunches, dinners, and convivial moments. The living room offers a stunning view over the valley and the town of Arezzo. The two apartments are connected by an external staircase located under a loggia (covered terrace), which keeps it fully protected from the rain and pleasant to use in any weather condition. This is a typical feature of Tuscan architecture, adding charm to the villa while ensuring privacy and a convenient connection between the spaces. Each room has been individually decorated with a personal touch, incorporating traditional Tuscan materials and fabrics. The furnishings represent a refined balance between antique pieces and modern comforts. Four of the six double bedrooms feature king-size beds. The villa is also equipped with a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and air conditioning on both floors. The house is sustainable thanks to a geothermal system that significantly reduces energy consumption. It also features a private garden with a swimming pool and solarium, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.

La Pequeña Corte

Apartamento elegante y acogedor, caracterizado por parquet de roble, ventanas originales y espacios cuidados en cada detalle, ideal para estancias confortables en el corazón de la ciudad. La zona de estar se abre a un espacio luminoso con cocina totalmente equipada (horno, frigorífico, placa de inducción, hervidor y cafetera Donatello), mesa de comedor para cuatro personas, TV y un cómodo sofá de dos plazas. Las dos amplias ventanas con vistas a Via del Saracino garantizan luz natural durante todo el día. En la planta principal se encuentra una habitación doble con baño en suite (bidé y cabina de ducha) y acceso directo a un patio privado equipado con sombrilla, mesa y pufs: un espacio reservado ideal para relajarse en los meses más cálidos. En la planta superior hay dos habitaciones dobles, ambas equipadas con cama doble, armario, TV y caja fuerte. Una de ellas incluye también una zona de estudio y una terraza privada con vistas al patio interior, con una agradable vista a los jardines y a la capilla de la Basílica. Completa la planta un segundo baño, moderno y funcional, con amplia cabina de ducha de vidrio, lavadora, secadora, plancha y tendedero plegable. Una solución ideal para familias o grupos que buscan confort, privacidad y una ubicación céntrica.

Villa Luna e le pietra is a large stone farmhouse located on a hill near the city (2 km), adjacent to the archaeological walls of Castelsecco.
