This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

In der Nähe finden Sie einige Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Netto die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nur 100 Meter entfernt sind 2 Bushaltestellen mit drei Linien, eine davon fährt direkt zum Flughafen BER. Der S-Bhf Adlershof und die Haltestelle Altglienicke sind bequem in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Cosy flat in the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen with separate entrance and private terrace at the garden side. The flat has one bedroom and one living room with extensible double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwaves, dishwasher, refrigerator, a small oven and all necessary utensils. Big, private bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, dryer. Max capacity is 4 adults but recommended occupancy is 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
