The apartment features one bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (a tub, bidet, hair dryer and free toiletries), dining/living room (with a pull out sofa ) and a beautiful spacious balcony. It is located in a charming apartment-housing estate, in the city's elite residential area, within walking distance from the city centre as well as the elite Banje Beach (about 10 minutes), while the relaxing walk back will only take a little while longer. You can either follow the road or take a shortcut by stairs. You are probably familiar with the fact that most of Dubrovnik's residential area is situated on the slopes of Hill Srdj, above the Old Town. Being situated in this very area, our apartment thus offers you a perfect opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the island of Lokrum, the Old Town and its surroundings. Peace and quiet as well as breathtaking views are our strong points . We are close enough and yet far away from the city's hurly-burly. The place can be easily accessed by car /taxi at a very reasonable price, since the place is about 3 minutes' drive from the Old Town. Just go all the way up Bruna Bušića Street, there is a parking/in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Please note: Due to special traffic regulations in the area surrounding the Old Town, guests arriving by car must inform us in advance so that we can arrange the necessary access permit, subject to the date and time of arrival . A bus stop is only 60 metres away by stairs or, if you are not into climbing stairs, another bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away. All taxes, utility costs, air- conditioning, internet extension, bed linen, towels are included in the price. The apartment can accommodate 3 persons. Exterior: The old beautiful house is in the centre of the town of Mlini and within there are three luxurious apartments. It is located just a few kilometers from the famous Dubrovnik Old City, in the rural area of Župa Dubrovačka. Among the many activities that one can enjoy in Mlini are: various beach inlets, mostly pebble stones, there are however options for characteristic Croatian rocky coast line enjoyment, diving excursions, fish picnics at the nearby Elafiti Island, boat rentals, historic tours to Dubrovnik either by boat, by bus or by private transfer. At the Residence there is offered an airport pick-up taxi, and free parking. Interior: Positioned on the second floor of a house built at the beginning of the 19th century, this apartment underwent a complete restoration in 2012. It is the ideal accommodation for a couple on holiday in Dubrovnik’s countryside. A large studio offers a double bed, separated by a paravan as well as full queen size sofa bed in the living area, bathroom equipped with shower and a full equipped kitchen. Another lovely feature is its spacious private terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or drinks at sundown.

Apartment is situated in a village Mlini, in region Župa Dubrovačka, 8 km away from historical old town of Dubrovnik. In beautifull village Mlini you have clean sea, pebble and sandy beaches, promenades near the sea with pine and cypress trees, nice coffee shops and restaurants which are offering tradicional dalmation food. Also village Mlini is close to old town of Dubrovnik. There is a local bus that goes every half hour, taxi or even water taxi so like that you have great opportunity to explore the region by sea and it leaves you right infront of the city walls of Dubrovnik. Apartment is situated 50m from the sea, and that's only 2 minutes walking till the first beach and park with a restaurant. Also near the sea there is a park for children, and next to the park beach and a restaurant. Apartment has a terrace with fireplace and nice shadow from grapewine. Room has double bed, and there is a possibility for two extra beds in living room. There is also toilet and kitchen. In living room there is a television and satellite. Apartment is 10km away from the airport (15 minutes driving). We also offer a free parking place.

Located in Ploče neighbourhood, 7-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old Town with Banje beach just down the street. All rooms have a terrace with clear views of the Old Town and sea and are also equipped with AC. The apartment offers a free private parking place. * The apartment is located in Dubrovnik’s restricted traffic zone. Access is permitted by registering the car’s licence plate in the system, therefore it is necessary for guests to message the host their licence plate number.
