This house is lovely , perfect for our family with a two yr old. Fenced in yard was so nice to have as was the playground at the entrance to the complex . One thing that stood out was how well labeled this house was . So easy to turn on the correct light , and find the pots and pans . I would totally stay here again

Great place with amazing views from almost every window. The hot tub was a great feature, kitchen included all things necessary for a meal, and washer and dryer came in clutch after a bike ride.

Justin was clear with directions, responsive and loved the binder full of hiking and biking trail information. Comfortable beds, close to downtown but far enough away (10 min) drive that it was private. There is one expensive grocery store (that we found) in town, so if you have a big family, stop on your way to stock up! House we free of clutter and easy to get groceries and luggage in. Perfect indoor closet for mountain bikes!

The house was beautiful and well kept. It was actually nicer and larger than the pictures made it look. Would definitely return.

Great place to explore the Canyon Lands and areas around Moab. Was there with 2 others on a business trip, good location, quiet even with a Toyota 4X4 rally happening.

Casa provista de tots els utensilis necessari i molt cómode, tot en una planta. L’espai és perfecte per a descansar després de visitar els parcs nacionals. L’única pega és que l’ubicació és a 5 minuts en cotxe del centre de Moab, però per la resta és un lloc ideal.

Our family (4) had a great time in Moab and at Shelley’s place. The house was as described and the location even better than the photos- set back at the end of a road with the mountains in the backdrop. Had a very private feel. We liked being just outside of town and away from the Main Street/tourist shops. The house was only 20 mins from Arches which we visited one afternoon after a morning at Dead Horse point (1 hr). The second day we did a Canyoneering activity and an ATV excursion both of which met up in town. The house was in great proximity to all of what we wanted do. The kitchen had the right equipment for cooking and the grocery store in town had everything we needed. Would highly recommend the space to others and would return on a future visit! Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Well appointed & clean. Clearly someone put a lot of energy into making it feel like a place you really want to hang out. It was very accessible to both Arches & Canyonlands, easy access to town, and beautiful vistas from all the windows! All in all it was a LOVELY place to be for a few days. I gave it a “4” for location, as it is close to a very busy road. We are country people - sleep with the windows open, and found I woke up to the sound of traffic all night. I also gave it a “4” for price, as in our road trip to New Mexico, Utah & Colorado, this was, by far, the most expensive Airbnb. Honestly, I think Moab is just an expensive place to stay. Truly, though, this was an amazing stay in an amazing condo in an amazing area.

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This place is perfectly located for a trip to Moab! Walkable to downtown but quiet and feels peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic perk! The space was great, plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

This is an excellent option for a family or small group to stay and experience all Moab has to offer. The pool alone is worth the price of admission.

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We had a comfortable peaceful stay. Martha house has everything we needed. Our flight delay, arrived 10:30pm, the whole area was very dark. Appreciate the garage, so that we don’t have to get into burning hot car. Martha communicate well with me. We would love to come back if we ever come to Moab next time

This was a great place to stay! The location is great with beautiful views! The house has a great layout, and was very clean and comfortable. My husband especially enjoyed the garage! We were traveling with another couple and we had plenty of room and privacy. Troy was a great host. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great week in beautiful Moab!
