Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

As advertised ! A wee bit expensive, but one gets what they pay for. The private beach was a delight. House accommodated 6 adults without issue. Lots of amenities for the water. Enjoyed the bonfire pit. Open porch was enjoyed by all. Very convenient to the Blue Wahoo Stadium. Thanks Donna's and Beach House for a great stay in Pensacola.....

Wonderful stay! The house was beautiful. Great view of the ocean from the deck and just steps to the beach! We appreciated the additional beach supplies, saved us a ton of space from having to bring our own! The house itself was so comfortable. Wonderful layout and the beds were comfy!! We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

We had a great stay. The house was immaculate, and the beach was right out front. It was a short drive to restaurants but the traffic was minimal. If you are looking for a great beach view in your dining area, your bedrooms, and your living area this is it. Ocean Springs has great places to eat and shops to visit. We will be back.

Hannah helped chatted with me before booking to help decide if her location suited our needs. She had great suggestions from fishing spots to what bait to use! Great stay!

We had an incredible experience! Just 20 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs, it felt like our own private escape on the water.

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

This home was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back again.

Second time staying at Kris and Hannah’s beach home. Loved it! The backyard and pool are phenomenal, the walk to the beach is quick and they are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

Our visit was very enjoyable! The property was comfortable, well lit inside, and the beds were wonderful. Each room had its own bathroom, which was very convenient when traveling with teenage girls. The kitchen was well supplied. Look forward to a future visit!

Loved this place! Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own full bathroom which was wonderful! Plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen of any AirBNB we’ve ever rented: tons of pots and pans, plates, silverware and anything else we needed was right there in the kitchen. Our favorite part of our stay was the condos being right on the beach. I don’t believe there is a public access to this huge section of beach and it showed… we walked miles up and down the coast and maybe went past a dozen couples/families. We drove down to a public beach to see it and what a difference—packed down there! We toured Fort Gaines (highly recommended) and went to the cute little aquarium on the island. We were lucky to see a dolphin swimming in the gulf off the boardwalks behind the aquarium. Loved our stay and hope to come back someday. It was the perfect quiet retreat! Anna was very responsive when we had a couple of questions during our stay. Definitely recommend her as a host.

As an owner of rental property myself, I’m a bit harder to please but this jewel of a place exceeded my expectations. Everything we could ask for and more!! I’ll definitely be back!!!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Absolutely thought of everything you need for a beach vacation. We stayed with our mid-twenties 2 children and their significant others and have memories to cherish! Thank you to these wonderful hosts for letting us stay in their slice of heaven home! Definitely will try our best to get back there in the future! Photos and descriptions were spot on and the host responded quickly to our emails.

We enjoyed our stay at VOTQ. Instructions for check-in and out were easy to follow. The bay view is spectacular. The house was large enough for a mini-reunion with family who live near the Gulf coast. All of the rooms are well furnished and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, including an espresso machine and air fryer. The house is away from the crowded beach area, which we preferred, but it was close enough for dining at the beach and a day of boating when the weather cooperated. We had a wonderful relaxing time during our stay and would love to return in the future.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Beautiful home, plenty of necessities + a lot of extras! Loved having the pool/ tennis courts next to us. The trek to the beach was a bit of a doozy only because we had a gaggle of kids with us! But all in all Jason was wonderful to work with, great communication and willingness to make sure our stay was amazing! Definitely recommend/ will be back to OBA.

This is a great place in a great location, we loved that the beach in this area is only frequented by those staying in the area. Awesome house, all amenities are great. You can stand on the deck and look one way and see Mobile Bay and look the other and see the Gulf of whatever-you-want-to-call-it-now. Here are some observations that may seem like criticism, but they are just observations and I think good-to-know items: You know how some Airbnbs will have a bunch of stuff to give you the lay of the land and local places and restaurants to hit? You won't find that here. No problem, it's an investment property and it is not somebody's baby or labor of love. Not a knock at all. The second thing is while the amenities were great, supplies were...well...in short supply. There was one dish detergent pack. No laundry soap. No tissues. < a roll of toilet paper. No paper towels. There were coffee filters and disposable cups. We didn't mind. Awesome place!

Everything was great, matched the listing completely. The private beach was amazing and the beach chairs/toys were perfect for our family. Great location away from the busier tourist area but close enough to get to quickly. Great hosts with clear information and quick responses. Would definitely book again!

Amazing location!! Our young kids had no problem walking to the beach & restaurants. Loved the room set-ups, our kids loved the bunk room!

Great place! Private and quiet! Rented kayaks and SUPs, and it was perfect! Loved having the beach to ourselves!
