It has modern decor, rich timber floors, vaulted ceilings and is self contained to be comfortable. The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Steps from the beautiful North Broulee beach the space is private from the rest of the house with it’s own entry. The room is light and airy with a very comfortable Queen size bed and quality linen. The space has a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.

Light and airy townhouse set in a quiet complex, only 5 minutes walk to Wimbie Beach and 10 minutes walk to Surf Beach. Stroll through the forest to the beach, or pop down the road to the park and beach. No roads to cross! After your swim, enjoy a coffee or icecream at the Surf Beach café next to the park, where you will find toilets and outdoor showers. Back in the complex, you can have a dip in the pool or play a game of tennis. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.
