Marija’ house is so beautiful, It is hidden in the alley, like a paradise, Marija and her husband decorated the yard very delicately. Before we checked in, they sent us a detailed check-in instruction video, and tried their best to meet our needs during our stay. This is a wonderful accommodation experience and we recommend here to everyone 💖

This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Everything went well and we had a great week at Niko’s place! The pool area was nice and everything was very well taken care of. We can totally recommend!

Excellent location short walk to old town and with lovely sunny, private deck. Comfortable and meticulously cared for. Darko was extremely helpful and with great suggestions for us on this our first trip to Dubrovnik.

Logement impeccable et fonctionnel, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, aussi bien pour les petits que les grands. Il y a une aire de jeux au bout de la rue et des petits plages de cailloux très agréables. Le jacuzzi, au bord de l'eau, un vrai bonheur. L'appartement et le jacuzzi se trouvent au bord de la mer, entre deux montagnes, c'est magnifique. Un très bel endroit pour se reposer après une journée passée à se balader dans les nombreuses activités autour de l'appartement. Marija, la propriétaire, est une personne formidable, avec qui nous avons adoré discuter. Elle n'a pas hésité à venir nous chercher lorsque notre voiture est tombée en panne et elle a toujours le sourire. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre en vacances chez eux, vous ne le regretterez pas ;)

This is our second visit to this beautiful city and this amazing apartment and hopefully not the last. We had four days to explore Dubrovnik and the area. The apartment is gorgeous and you have everything you need. It’s in the perfect location just outside of Pile Gate. The view with morning coffee (with the church bells) is amazing. Sunsets from the hot tub are special too. The little food platter and wine was just perfect on our arrival. Ivana recommended places to eat and they were fabulous. We did a guided walk which is very worthwhile and the Dubrovnik pass is good value. A trip to Lockrum and an all day island boat trip and we packed a lot of fabulous things into this trip. Highly recommended! Thanks offered to all of the Croatian locals that made is so welcoming. We loved it!

Vjeko was really kind and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and was always willing to drive us around for a good price. The villa was amazing and perfect for our group of 8 girls!

The apartment was large, modern and very comfortable. There is a large terrace and a garden. Uros met us and showed us everything, and was friendly and very forthcoming with recommendations. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the old town, with a bakery just a few steps away. Kotor itself is a beautiful destination. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.

Ev çok tatlı küçük bir ev en fazla iki kişi kalabilirsiniz manzarası çok iyi ve konum olarak plaja çok yakın akşamları yürüyüş için de güzel alanları var. Evin sahibi al katta oturuyor ne sorsanız yardımcı oluyor çok tatlıydı.

Miro was a super responsive and accommodating host, even though we checked in very late. He saw us off the next morning, giving us a tour of his beautiful garden and giving us recommendations for our time in the area. :) Highly recommend! Thank you, Miro. :)

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

Die Lage der Wohnung mit Postkartenblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ist großartig! Nach ca. 300 Stufen erreicht man das Meer, wo man meist alleine ist. Katica ist sehr sympathisch, wie eine Mutter und sie gibt wertvolle Tipps. Sie hat uns auch Gebäck und Sherry gebracht. Kaum glaublich im Süden Europas: Es gibt keine bellenden Hunde. Überhaupt ist es sehr ruhig, je nach Wind hört man aber die in der Nähe der Wohnung vorbeiführende Straße. Genau genommen sind es keine zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchen, die zum Bett umfunktioniert werden können. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer vom Schlafzimmer zum Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Katicas Wohnung buchen.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

The view from the terrace is just amazing, no matter what the weather. The villa was well stocked with toiletries, bathroom and kitchen essentials and a couple of beers in the fridge, which was a lovely touch!

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

My family and me (family of 5) had a wonderful time in Tivat, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and a child. The pool and grill available made our trip even better since it was nice to cool off in the pool during the hot day. Just over the road from the apartment you can find two grocery stores which have all the necessities. The sea with an amazing view is just a short walk from the airbnb. Djuro was a great host, he gave some good tips for restaurants but also organised transfer both from and to the airport. If we ever go to Montenegro again we will definitely stay here.

Great villa. Nice accommodation, fantastic pool and outside space with shades. I stayed here with my husband and 9 year old and my sister and her family. We all loved relaxing in and around the pool. It was a good base from which to explore the local area and we ventured across to Lopud (the beach at Senj is lovely - sandy and shallow) and into Dubrovnik old town. Uber is the best way to get around without a car, although the local bus service is also reliable and frequent. Petra gave us some great local recommendations- she was very helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Marina’s apartment was clean, comfortable and the pool area was lovely. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the walk into town.

Clean and fresh with a good pool area and very comfy beds. Rina was a lovely host who made us very welcome. The house is high above Dubrovnik old town and just beside the main road to the airport. Steep walks to amenities and tourist attractions and also steps down and up to pool and a steep internal stair.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Amazing stay would highly recommend. The place was stunning just like the photos. Our host Maria met us on arrival and showed us round the place. Even went out of the way to take our passports to sort our city tax which took over an hour. Steep hill to walk up to the apartment but taxis provided by Maria picked and dropped us off very promptly for just around 3 euros each way. Maria was a very responsive host going out of her way to answer any questions I had to make our stay most enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a great holiday experience at Bruno’s property. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler. His place is well organised for a family. There’s a comfortable cot with clean lines, sturdy high chair, and a step with a toddler toilet seat which made our trip much easier and felt like home. Everything is clean. Bed and sofas are comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment. Easy access to the beach, grocery, and town. Only negative thing was a boiler(hot water). As we are 3 adults + 1 toddler, we expected to have a shower and bath one and another every evening. Boiler does work, but the capacity is very small so it takes over an hour to boil an another whole bath of hot water which wasn’t convenient.(we had to plan ahead when to take a bath and shower every time). I guess if you’re a shower person there wouldn’t be any issues. All in all Bruno is a very friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend his place:)
