The space provides a king size bed, 2 day chairs, microwave and brand new shower room. Breakfast for the first day is provided. With private parking and its own entrance, you can be sure of a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful stay. This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

Walking distance to Monmouth town centre, with all local amenities, and the Royal Oak pub a 5 minute walk away. King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. Level 1 EV charging on drive £10 overnight.

Just 4 miles from Abergavenny with views of the Brecon Beacons and many walks and bike rides along quiet roads, from the door. Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, and therefore our quiet hours are 11pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 10pm. *No pets* Not suitable for children/babies*

The Homelands Annexe a fully self contained property with its own entrance adjoining our bungalow, with off road parking and a small garden to the front. The location is rural so you will need a vehicle or a local bus service is 1 mile away. The Local pub The Fountain Inn is the nearest pub opening from Thursday-Sunday and is a 20/30 minute walk away. We are Ideally situated on the Welsh border ideal for walkers, cyclists or a relaxing stay. Ideal for summer or winter.

The Bailey: A countryside annexe at The Forge

The Bailey is a self-contained studio annexe with a private entrance at The Forge Lower Machen. With double bed, shower room, two comfy armchairs, dining area for two, outside seating area for two, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, kettle, toaster, small fridge and microwave. Travel cot available by request. Parking on site. Towels and bed linen provided. Situated just off the A468, very convenient but some noise from the road.
