This unit is NOT in a private home. It is IN A GUEST HOUSE with 2 separate units. This unit has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wifi & Netflix. The 2 bedrooms have 1 private bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet. Each bedroom has a mini kitchen ( fridge, microwave etc) The guest house has a kitchen, lounge & dining room.
