Nana’s House is a fully self contained, cosy, spacious, 2 bedroom cottage. It shares a wall with host’s home but is completely separate and private. However due to proximity it is NOT suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Partially air conditioned. 2 separate entrances, full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas including rumpus room (with books and games) in which to relax. Situated on 5 acres, on a hill overlooking the valley. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets permitted on property.

The Dairy sits within approximately 9 acres of beautiful ,private gardens on a 29 acre property . The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

This quaint little studio is situated on a hobby farm set on the slopes of Sutton Forest just an hour and a half from both Sydney and Canberra. Decorated in a rustic country style this little hideaway has everything you need for a Southern Highlands get away. Wander around the property and enjoy the orchard, dams, chickens, hills and expansive gardens.

The Shed @ Bowral

The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
