Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude in der Innenstadt gelegen. Für abendliches erkunden von Porec perfekt.

Lovely stay in a cool, clean space with a friendly, communicative host. Easy to get to with a car, plenty of free parking options. There were loads of things to do and see in the vicinity, whether on foot or by car, and we highly enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Pool war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles okay ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat mehrere Ausflugsziele in nicht allzu weiter Entfernung/ mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Waren für eine Woche hier. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. unsere Bremsbeläge waren abgeschliffen. Adriana hat sich direkt für uns um eine Werkstatt gekümmert. Das Problem war innerhalb eines Tages geklärt. Sie hat uns außerdem Windbeutel selbst gemacht vorbei gebracht👍🏽 sehr sauberes Apartment und Pool. Das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt liegt aber ca30min Fußmarsch entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön, der Balkon war groß und hatte Meerblick. Der Pool war sehr schön und wurde täglich gereinigt, Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Wir konnten vor dem Haus parken und es gab eine Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung. Und richtige Rollos :-) Der Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker und ein Minimarkt waren fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin Ruza wohnt in Sichtweite und war immer erreichbar, Check-in und Checkout haben reibungslos geklappt, es gab frische Handtücher und sie hat uns sogar einmal mit Gebäck und zum Abschied mit Wein überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden immer wiederkommen

Een enorm leuke ervaring, bij deze ontzettend lieve mensen. We kwamen met 5 personen en een baby hier terecht. We hadden ook nog een trailer met auto erop bij. (Was dat weekend een auto show in jadranovo) Het was even zoeken voor parkeerplaats last minut. Maar ze hebben zoveel moeite gedaan om ons een veilige parkeerplaats te geven. Ze zijn zelfs tot op kruispunt gekomen om ons de weg te wijzen. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om even te genieten op vakantie. Je hoeft ze maar te sturen en ze staan voor je klaar. Ze hadden zelfs een kinder zwembadje voor de baby gebracht. Wij hebben er zeker van genoten! De jacuzzi en het zwembad, waren dan ook wel een groot pluspunt. We zouden hier alleen al terug willen komen voor de mensen zelf. Het centrum van Rijeka viel wel wat tegen. Er was weinig te doen, vies en onverzorgd.

The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. Within just a 5-10 minute drive, we had access to numerous beautiful beaches and a variety of shops.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Danijelas Appartement. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheißen. Besonders genossen haben wir unseren Frühstückskaffee im kleinen Garten und mit den Rädern, die vorhanden sind, kann man hervorragend die Gegend erkunden. Wir können Danielas Appartement absolut empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber es hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Branimir ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Waren 2 Wochen zu dritt bei ksena und es hat uns Super gefallen schöne Wohnung in einer Super schönen Stadt.

Tutto perfetto! Siamo stati una settimana a casa di Ivana, l'appartamento era perfetto, tutto come da descrizione, molto grande, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la terrazza con zanzariere, dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. Posizione tranquilla, molto comoda per raggiungere Pula, Fasana, tante spiagge belle nei dintorni. Ivana gentile risponde subito, grazie mille alla prossima!

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.
