The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. U osamljenom selu Benčići (udaljeno 5km od Motovuna) u kojem se nalaze samo 3 kuće, smjestila se i naša kuća pogodna za 6 osoba. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana. U kući Quieto doživjet ćete nezaboravne trenutke i uživati ​​u nevjerojatnim zalascima sunca.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.
