Loved our weekend stay at Inglenook. It's a great home for families, well stocked with everything you need. Our toddler loved the play area outside and we enjoyed movie nights by the fireplace with a glass of wine. Just a short walk to the beach, local park and shops. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Close to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend and will stay there again for sure!

Had a wonderful stay at Claire’s place! The property was clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Claire was a great host, always quick to respond and offered helpful tips for the area. The location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Killy Dora was immaculately presented. The kitchen was well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Every room was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of televisions to amuse multi aged families. There was a great set up for wheel chair access, a ramp for entry, great access to the kitchen/dining area, main bedroom and ensuite. If in an electric scooter style wheel chair, aid may need to be given when using the toilet as there is only a hand rail on one side of the toilet and the distance from the wall to the toilet is a little tight. But this will vary depending on the size of the wheel chair used and may not be an issue for everyone. The rear yard was a great size. Plenty of room for children to play, room to turn the car around and space for the dogs to run. The only issue we had was that the rear yard was not secure for medium to large dogs, so we had to be with our dog all of the time and could not have left her unattended in the yard. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive—always quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. They even created a fun and safe play area that kept our kids entertained, which made a huge difference for our family. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect—walking distance to shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. We loved exploring the laneways, enjoying the local food scene, and taking the kids on the free City Circle Tram. Overall, a fantastic stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb for families or anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Melbourne!

What an absolute gem of an apartment! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom AND laundry! Handily located. Close to public transport but within very close walking distance to all amenities. Very peaceful vibe. Anthony was a delight to deal with. Responsive to messages and provided a list of local attractions. HIGHLY recommended.

This was our third stay in this apartment, need I say more? The location is fantastic, easy walk to laneways, galleries, shopping and transport. Close to great restaurants, bars and comedy venues during the festival. Hosts are friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Melbourne.

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Shuang's place boasts an excellent location, with great restaurants just a short walk away. It's within walking distance of the Yarra River and the City, making exploration effortless. The property is well-maintained and impeccably clean, offering a lovely view from the unit. Plus, the gym and pool are easily accessible, adding to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Lee is an amazing host. She was always quick to respond and help out with our requests. Her place is exactly like the pictures, very clean & had amazing views. We will be back here again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great location! Apartment has incredible views and great amenities. The pool, sauna, and games room are all fantastic. Kitchen was set up really well, and it was great to have a washing machine & dryer. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but it was still a really nice stay. Showers were great and there was good water pressure and hot water. There are a lot of instructions to follow but all clearly outlined. The key pick up and parking could be a bit confusing but the photos really help.

Very nice apartment. Very well equipped and laid out. Very helpful booklet on amenities and local spots. Easy walk to tram stops. Great cafe down below. Busy road but the apartment was above street on 4th floor., so all fine. Swimming pool over the road. Further down the street very lovely houses and cafes. We had a very nice stay at Amanda’s place.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
