Thank you very much to Andrew who welcomed us to Melbourne after a long 24hr flight from the UK the evening of our delayed arrival! The apartment was great and exactly what was needed whilst visiting family close by. The area is great, short walk ~3 mins to Richmond Train Station, ~5 mins to local restaurants and a short hop away from local top cafes. Despite being in the centre of a popular area the apartment was quiet and felt secure. Will definitely recommend to family visiting in the future.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation, close to beach with everything we needed. The parking garage was a great bonus given how much on street parking occurs in the area

From the moment we stepped in to Lisa’s house it felt like a home from home. Absolutely spotless, great views from the lounge window, close to the train station for getting in to the city. Also the little touches like leaving us a bottle of milk and sweet treats after 48hrs of travelling were very well received. I wish we could have stayed longer. Lisa was so friendly and helpful, met us at the property for check in and even checked during our stay to make sure we had no problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Melbourne without the hassle of being in the city.

This apartment was spacious, modern, and in a great location. Peter’s communication was excellent, and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The view from the balcony was incredible, and it was just a short walk to the station and main tram lines. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had a lovely stay at Michelle’s place. It was in the perfect location, with the main shops, cafes and a playground for the kids a very short stroll away. The house was very clean and tidy, and had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

this house was beautiful with a family of 5 that stayed, it fit everyone so close to shops ,park train station so much room for people have their own space ,definitely coming back again in a few months, thank you Cynthia your home is just beautiful

A really easy place to stay. Outdoor area was a real bonus. Great backyard for the dog. There were unexpected bonuses that weren’t listed - such as Netflix, DVDs and quite a few games. Matt was a great communicator and made everything easy.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We had a wonderful few days at Little Darling Beach House. The house is comfortable & well equipped & Kat & Dave have put a lot of thought into providing for their guests. It’s a very easy walk to town & the local supermarket & eateries. Super comfy beds & spaces to relax in. We loved the big enclosed deck & being able to bring our dog. A safe enclosed yard & the water bowl & dog bed on the deck were appreciated. Kat is very easy to communicate with & happy to share her knowledge on great places to eat etc. We left Inverloch feeling very relaxed & hope to visit again soon. Thanks Kat & Dave.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

It was a wonderful stay for a family of 3, very comfortable and lovely home. We felt at peace and rlaxed into our surrounds. We would book again with no hesitation. Close to shops and beach. Thank you Holly for sharing your home with us. Bronwyn

David and Natalie were amazing hosts. Very responsive, clean apartment with great views. They even went the extra mile and left a bottle of bubbles as they new we were getting married! Would stay here again. location was fantastic. easy to walk everywhere.

Lisa's place was perfect for a couple looking for a stay with single tram access to city and all that Collingwood and Fitzroy have to offer. The apartment is small but perfectly appointed for a romantic weekend escape for two. The added books, bluetooth speaker and knick knacks really made the space special. The balcony was perfect in early April. There were utensils to cook for two - but why would you, with all the wonderful restaurants and bars of Collingwood & Fitzroy within easy walking distance. A great way to experience Melbourne like a local.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Krystle's place. Bill was very friendly and helpful, showed us everything step by step in person. The place was clean and comfortable, along with various amenities. The location was great, with a shopping mall just below and the main streets next to it.

Liam’s place is so handy to great coffee, restaurants, shopping and the city. Just catch the 86 tram! The apartment was spacious and ideal for our family time and gathering close by. Thank you Liam. You were only a quick text away and very quickly returned my message. Cheers, Wendy

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Thanks Karen.

The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the city and came fully equipped with everything we needed. Great value price! Meary was an exceptional host—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended
