Ryan and Lucas were very responsive with any questions we had, and kept a very clean space. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in an easily accessible location.

Listing was exactly as stated. Location was great and suited our needs to a T. We were within driving distance of everything on our agenda. Plenty of parking and a nice quiet neighborhood. Bed and pillows were comfortable and plenty of linens. Great experience and would highly recommend! Hoping to stay here again.

Great little apartment close to downtown and restaurants. Has everything you'd want for a short week-long stay.

Good location for everything in the hills. Some gravel roads to get to the property which makes it quiet and private. Joann was a very good host.

This exceeded our expectations! The room was clean, the surroundings beautiful, the bed comfortable! It was a shame we were only able to spend the night here. We want to come back to the black hills for a longer stay and are planning to stay here. An important note though: they advertise no wifi/tv (which makes sense, given the purpose of the location). This was fine for us — I personally loved the disconnect. But additionally your electronics data may be spotty. If you’re someone who needs music/tv/etc, just download it ahead of time, don’t count on streaming. You won’t be disappointed with this stay — definitely book it now! Staying at Ryan's Airbnb was like staying at a second home. We had everything we needed and then some. The layout was great, the bed was perfect, coffee wad ready to rock, and I was able to even do some laundry. The front porch area was great to chill on, and the night was peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anybody who's passing through Spearfish and needs a good spot to chill and relax. I will be definitely returning again as the Lord wills!

Historic apartment with lots of character in the heart of Custer. It was immaculate and well-provisioned with thoughtful touches like snacks and a stocked coffee bar. Great restaurants right outside your door, perfect launch point for all the Black Hills have to offer. Will definitely look to stay here again!

First time our family has been skiing, 6 people on this visit. Our entire experience in the Terry Peak area was great! Danielle was proactive at getting us the information we needed. Stay was as expected and the condo was great. We didn't need Danielle for anything during our stay but I felt confident she was available if needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again anytime we are back!

Excellent place to stay. Soft beds, clean, lots of games to play. Problems with the lock-but VERY responsive service, VERY friendly. Great super host!!!!!

Stayed here for a family ski trip. Super close to the slopes, but not able to actually ski to the lift.” Great amenities as we had access to hot tub, pool, and sauna in the room. Exterior was under construction but it didn’t hinder our trip. Overall, satisfied.

This was such a pleasant stay for my husband and I. We loved how close it was to the ski resort and other areas around. The Barefoot Resort employees were also very accommodating!

Great place to stay, especially if you are skiing at Terry Peak. We enjoyed how close it was to the lodges. Very easy check-in and checkout. Clean space with very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Amanda was a gracious host. She communicated very well and would get back to me in minutes when I had a question. She goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. The house was perfect for me and my workers and much larger than the pictures showed. Definitely recommend staying at any one of Amanda’s properties! I’ll be back for sure.

We had a very comfortable stay, with everything we needed was available. The house was in a perfect location for us and we enjoyed it!

There were two couples and a young adult. The biggest plus was the layout, with two bedrooms upstairs and one down for him. The game room was convenient extra space. Comfortable home, plenty of HOT water for 5 morning showers, EXCELLENT location for all of our touristy excursions. We were gone most of the time but when there, we enjoyed using the back deck. Great laundry room. Although, in a way it felt like we were visiting a relative's house. There were tubs in the closet of the room I was in, so suitcases could not be put away. It just seems like we were visiting in a place where people live. In other rentals we have used this was not the case. The home was relatively clean, but does need some deferred maintenance. All-in-all, though it was definitely worth the price and in a quiet neighborhood, so if it fits your needs, Book It!

House was wonderful,spacious peaceful clean and had everything you need highly recommended would stay here again and Nicole was a great host and was very helpful to anything we needed.

We have been traveling across the US for the past two weeks from Ohio for our wedding! We have stayed in 5 airbnbs so far on this trip and while I have really adored each location we’ve come across, nothing stands out like this one! Deadwood is the most charming town I have ever been too! From the first moment coming into town and seeing some bighorn right on the mountain side was truly a blessing and we fell in love. We loved the active nightlife (even in the off season) and may have gotten a little carried away with all of the great casinos and shops within walking distance! If not, public parking is easy to find and the trolley for $2! Which adds so much character and personality to this sweet town. If I haven’t convinced you yet, we got married in the Tetons and we’ve already decided to spend our anniversaries here instead. The home is so cozy and unique, full of the coolest knickknacks. The rain shower is amazing, we loved the back patio and front covered porch! 10/10 no debate

Such a cool place! It’s very evident the effort that someone has put in to maintain the historical charm of this home while also making it a functional for a group to stay. Loved the attention to detail and all the historical facts and literature in the home. The beds were quality great mattresses. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available and easily assessable. Host was communicative and helped us with a short notice impromptu check in. Would recommend a stay here.

Our stay was a Christmas Gift to our kids and grandkids. We all had our own place to sleep. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen and dining area was a bit small for 12 people, but we made it work. The grandkids and parents enjoyed the pool!
