Take a pleasant stroll down the path on to the famous Mullaloo (secrets) beach or take the path to the park with picnic and BBQ facilities. No need for a car here, everything is at your fingertips. Restaurants, cafes, tavern, coastal walking paths and close bus stop for venturing further out.

Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Our lovely 2 bedroom, air conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Situated in spacious grounds overlooking fields, Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town centre. Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance. We are laid-back and easy going, and are happy to hang out or give you your space.

The shopping centre of Whitford is within walking distance (30 minutes) or by bus (5 minutes) with the bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The bus can take you to the train station for the journey to Perth. 100 m down the street are 2 restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket and bottle shop so you will never run out. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-contained stay.

When you do feel like some fun Sorrento beach or Hillary's Boat Harbour is a short walk away with ~60 shops & restaurants + kids beach and other activities Or take a stroll along one of Perth's best walks, West Coast Drive (or rent an electric scooter available for hire along the way!) A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house. High raking ceilings, loads of light . Modern Decor . Quiet, private and peaceful.

We specialise in catering for children and infants, with space outside for your children to play in a secure location when you have down time. We have games, books, and appropriate furniture for children of any age. You have access to our washing machine anytime you need it, at no charge.
