Lovely few days staying at Hari & Chris’ place, spacious flat, excellent shower & well equipped kitchen. Chris & Hari responded quickly to any queries I had, there was a really clear & helpful info file as we came in. The flat was really comfy, close to the local amenities & the lovely seaside walks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property & we hope to book a return visit soon.

Absolutely stunning place, met every expectations, will definitely be returning to this apartment. The location was great, near the seafront and walking distance to shops, Trecco Bay, Rest Bay. Great detail in the finish of the apartment has been given 100%. Lovely jesture of a welcome pack containing welsh cakes, elvis drinks (as it was the Elvis weekend), tea, and coffee. Beds and bed linen were so comfy and the bedroom was lovely and so quiet with no passing traffic. Cannot fault this little gem of an apartment. Definitely do not hesitate to reserve. Thank you for our amazing stay. Loved it.

We stayed at the Penthouse from the 15th-18th April and had a wonderful stay. The views from the lounge and main bedroom are stunning in both rain and sun. We are familiar with the area and found the apartment to be a perfect base with everything that we needed. The added touch of toiletries and condiments was a lovely bonus as we don't always find these in Air bnb's!. Mary's communication was fantastic and we had no need to make contact during our stay. Amazing location! Walk to the beach in minutes and straight onto the coastal walk. The view from Tims first floor apartment is hard to beat! Totally unspoilt; overlooks the golf course and out to sea. Beautiful. And if surfing is your thing it has an amazing surf club nearby with items to hire, lessons & a cool cafe just mins away. A short drive or half an hour flat walk into town for shops/pubs/ supermarket etc. Building itself has a good lift right outside the flat. Note there is a fair walk needed to carry bags from the car. We found it easier / shorter to park at the back of the building and wheel our luggage through the open courtyard (rather than parking by the main entrance gate). We would highly recommend and love to return.

Had a lovely couple of days stay in 307 The Mumbles Road, visiting relatives. It was comfy and clean and in a good location to go places.

Really welcoming, comfortable, peaceful place to stay - beautiful spot and garden. The host is excellent - you are made to feel at home straight away. Highly recommended.

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Ecxellent air BnB. It was so fresh and clean we thought we were the first guests. Thoughtfully refurbished house, light, airy, spacious, comfortable. Lovely new, big kitchen with new equipment, all basics were provided. Excellent dining area. Beds very comfy. Off road parking for two vehicles a major boost and plenty of on road parking too. Close to all local amenities, quiet and peaceful. This house suited us perfectly and we highly recommend it. Communication with host Rebecca also excellent.

Just back from a wonderful few days staying in Sea Breeze. The house is just as described, better in fact. Spotlessly clean with a lot of thought and care into what is provided. Fantastic location and outlook. Sofa and beds were so comfy. Nathalie and Huw are lovely and extremely quick to respond and even popped over to say “hello”. If ever we are in Mumbles again we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. You couldn’t want for anything more.

This place was absolutely perfect for our holiday. Beautiful views and lovely walks from the house. The house was clean and very well equipped. We would love to come back again soon. Only thing to say is the photos don’t do justice what a special place this is. Thanks so much

What a fabulous 5 days we had at this Airbnb. Fantastic setting, parked the car and left it there safe in the underground car park and walked, Uberd and bussed the rest of the time. Everything you could possibly want is in the apartment, appreciated the welcome pack, lovely comfy beds, fantastic rainfall shower in the en suite, private garden to relax in and Gus the Westie loved looking out of the window. Great places to visit and eat at, absolutely loved Mumbles. Highly recommended. Try Cwtchina for the most fabulous authentic food and warm welcome. Thanks to Jan and Wayne. Just back from staying at this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect - fantastic views over Rest Bay and the most incredible sunsets. The place was spotlessly clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over Royal Porthcawl golf course and out to sea. Jonny was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to visiting again.

Spotlessly clean. Convenient town centre location. Close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to sea front and beaches. Just right for a weekend away in February.

A wonderful few days home from home. The place is amazing- has everything for a comfortable stay. 3 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the town. A perfect place to relax in a peaceful location. Instructions to get in and use anything were spot on. Would certainly come back to the area and book this place again.

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.
