L’appartement a dépassé nos attentes tant par sa situation que par l’appartement lui-même. Des plafonds avec une hauteur de dingue et des pièces très joliment décorées. Antonio a été un hôte parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

It was one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed at. The whole place was clean, had all the right set of equipment needed for a week's worth of stay and the host was pretty responsive as well. Special thanks to them for making Berlin memorable for us. The area is a great place if you're looking to stay away from the hustle of the city but still want it to approachable. Good water spots, parks and grocery stores nearby. Worth it, would love to come again! :)

Tolle, gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Tage in Berlin! ☀️ Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und in einem ruhigen Quartier gelegen.

O apartamento era lindo, limpo, confortável e bem localizado. Tamara foi muito gentil e solícita todo o tempo em que estive hospedado com dicas e informações claras. Nota 10! Recomendo muito!

השהות אצל מרטין הייתה חלומית!! הדירה ענקית ומלא בכל טוב (ברמה כל סוג סכין, צנימר, מכונת שייקים) מרטין היה סופר חברותי ונתן יחס אוהב וברמה הגבוהה ביותר. מילים לא יכולות לתאר כמה נהננו. תודה רבה למרטין❤️❤️

We had a great stay! The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, near the U-Bahn station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant recommendations were really helpful. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Berlin!

It was perfect, the hosts, the bed, the shower, the kitchen, the location- Really did not want to leave!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir (6 Personen) waren nur eine Nacht in dem Apartment, aber wir können uns definitiv vorstellen nochmal zu kommen und ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Die Wohnung war sauber und alle Beschreibungen waren zutreffend. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und flexibel möglich. Wir haben im Vorfeld auch eine detaillierte Nachricht bekommen mit allen wichtigen Infos (Schlüsselcode, Hausregeln,...)

Es war alles wie erwartet und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Vi har været super glade for vores ferie hos Karak. Meget rent og pænt - og på 18 etage slipper man for køen til tv-tårnet. God central placering i byen, og i gå afstand til det meste

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Sehr netter, diskreter Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit (hat mir geholfen den Koffer zu tragen) . Ich konnte nach dem Check out den Koffer noch abstellen, bis meine Fortbildung zu Ende war. Auf Fragen antworte er zeitnah. Ich komme gerne wieder!!

Das beste Airbnb in dem ich je war, wunderbar eingerichtet, super freundlicher Kontakt, für jeden Gast einen eigenen Schlüssel und für uns genau perfekt! Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einem Berliner Loft mit 1.5 Balkonen, Aufzug, einer neuwertigen geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Wunschlos Glücklich!

Die Kommunikation war top, und die Unterkunft fanden wir absolut fancy. Wer keinen Fetisch für Perfektion hat und das Besondere einer außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft genießen kann, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Lage ist super zentral (900 m zu Fuß zum Checkpoint Charlie) und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Dennoch hatten wir an beiden Abenden einen Parkplatz praktisch vor der Tür. Wenn ihr ein bisschen Freude an Kunst habt, werdet ihr das Außergewöhnliche dieser Unterkunft schätzen. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber machen das Ganze komplett… Sollte es uns nochmals nach Berlin verschlagen, werden wir die Verfügbarkeit dieser Wohnung als erstes prüfen!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Evgeny was absolutely kind and his place I would definitely recommend it 100%, the flat is really comfy clean, big enough for one persona or a couple, the wi fi connection was great for me to work, the zone is great with a lot of things in the surroundings (markets, bakery, train station). Easy to find the address and well connected with other parts of the city. 100% Good!

Unser Wochenende war sehr schön. Die Anfahrt war unkompliziert, auch ohne Auto. Gleich neben der Villa kommt man mit dem Bus an. Auch einkaufen konnten wir gleich um die Ecke. Für die Sauna mussten wir zwar bescheid sagen, aber auch das war kein Problem und ging rucki zucki. Die Wohnung war wirklich wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos und somit waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem was wir bekommen haben. vielen lieben Dank für das schöne Wochenende und bis vielleicht im Sommer mal :-)

Tolle Adresse, liegt super praktisch in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Laden, Thermen. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Kommunikation war perfekt und die Wohnung ist ebenso top und sehr gepflegt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Wir waren zu 9 über Silvester im Haus. Alle haben einen Schlafplatz bekommen. Die Unterkunft sah aus, wie auf Fotos. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Das Wohnzimmer war angenehm eingerichtet. Der Garten sehr schön, wo wir Brotstock am Lagerfeuer machen konnten, was für Kinder super spannend und für Erwachsenen sehr nostalgisch. Unsere absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool, wo wir uns am kalte Nächte in sehr warme Sprudelwasser erholen konnten. Der Gastgeber Reinhard war sehr zukommend und freundlich. Er hat bereits meine Freunde ins Haus reingelassen, als ich noch auf den Weg zum Haus unterwegs war. Das Einchecken ging deshalb wunderbar sehr zügig und einfach. Als wir nach Wäscheständer gefragt haben, wurde er in kürzester Zeit für uns besorgt. Wir hatten das ganzes Haus, Whirlpool und der Garten für uns ganz allein gehabt, sodass wir schöne Silvester feiern konnten. Wir sind darüber sehr glücklich und dankbar, dass Reinhard dies uns ermöglicht hat. Danke :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat was huge, lots of light, and close to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Near the canal and all the great cafes and bars. Would definitely stay here again.
