We had an awesome stay! The views over the water were stunning and made for some really relaxing evenings . The place was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed to unwind. Will be back!

Was a perfect spot for a relaxing family weekend away. The house was well equipped with games and water equipment which the kids loved! Even caught a Brim! Inclusions and exclusions were well advised and our stay was extremely comfortable.

Beautiful location with easy access to the river frontage and private dock for the boat. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and was like a home away from home. Excellent instructions on where to find things or how to use them. Internet was a bit hit and miss but it forced us all to get off the electronics so it was great! Thanks for sharing your place with us 😊

Kimberley’s place was great the little touches were amazing! And a great amount of space, the only thing was having 2 towels each for 3 nights stay was a bit tight especially when we had a lot to do over the 3 days functions etc by the last day the towels were quite wet and cold. Settlers retreat was perfect, beautiful and a real treasure. We went with our two daughters and their partners for my daughter’s 21st it will be a wonderful weekend of great memories and the perfect home and location to have spent this time together. Everything was clean, neat and very tidy. The most comfy beds and wonderful shower. The 3 acres was pristine with the outdoor lighting allowed all day and evening activities. We played lawn bowls which was fun, had a bonfire and danced and listened to music without any issues with neighbours the location is perfect. We saw kangaroos and birdlife and perfect water for canoeing. We will return for sure and look forward to it knowing it’s a great home and place. This is a place to stay if you want peace and quiet but also close enough to be out and about enjoying the towns experiences. You will not be disappointed if you book it will exceed your expectations as it did for us.

We were a party of 4 on a girls trip. We had a wonderful stay with everything you would need available. The house was in an amazing position making it easy to walk around the lake each day and an easy walk to town. The balcony and spa were a great addition and we spent many happy hours out there. The house was very clean and well equipped. We easily parked our 3 cars in the entryway. The beds were comfortable and the house was very spacious. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Easy to find and get around. House was clean and clear information available on all things to do with the house.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is absolutely beautiful, and Keren was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our checkout time so we didn’t have to rush. This meant a lot to us, especially with a newborn, as it usually takes a bit longer to get everything sorted. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and had a wonderful experience!

Our stay at Victoria and Wayne’s place was wonderful. They thought of everything - breakfast ingredients were provided, a picnic bag and blanket was available, a recommendation booklet, a speaker, bathrobes - to name a few. Well priced for a great location (short drive to town) and the beautiful forresty property. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This property is such a unique and beautiful stay. The home itself is very cosy with a fenced backyard and open space adjacent to the lake which was so peaceful and serene. Our dogs loved having all the space to run around and swim in the lake which also had access to kayaks. The location was perfect for our stay with Berri and some great restaurants a short drive and walking trails around the river. We loved our stay and exploring the Riverland region and would highly recommend!

Sue and Tonys place was absolutely perfect. Ticked all the boxes for the perfect weekend getaway. House was way better than expected. Imaculatly clean, all essentials provided, comfortable beds. So much to do on site! We didn't need to leave all weekend. Best part was kayaking in the dam and feeding and patting all the animals on site, including sheep, cows, alpacas and the kids favourite- Hilary the kelpie. Sue and Tony went out of their way to make our stay as incredible as it was. Dont hesitate to book this accomadation. We can't wait to be back!

We had an amazing time! Lise paid such great attention to detail with everything on the property. The home was very clean and had the listed amenities. The view was spectacular, especially with the surrounding hills. We loved the canoeing experience on the property and meeting the farm animals and wildlife. Overall, the owners were very friendly and accommodating and I can't recommend this property enough!

The Jetty Hut is a great stay for a two person getaway. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The surroundings are extremely calm and relaxing, with the extra bonus of the beautiful lake and supplied kayaks.

Absolutely wonderful cottage, location and hosts. Vast property and very private. Paradise for a family with active kids. Host's kids built an awesome single track MTB trail around the property, there is a dam with a kayak and a rowing boat, tennis court, basketball hoop.. So so much to do. The cottage is compact and extremely charming. Everything is intentional. Really could not wish for a better experience. Hosts are friendly, responsive and very helpful. Cannot wait to come back.

Had a lovely weekend away with friends. Cute and cosy place that's super close to bright. The view out the door was gorgeous!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend getaway from Melbourne. It's close enough for an easy drive, lovely scenery, and a very comfortable place to stay. Lancefield was the closest town which had all of the the food and restaurant options we could use. The bed was fantastic, and there were extra blankets, towels, and enough cutlery and crockery for a couple of people on a weekend away. We had tea, coffee, and very kindly some fruit and biscuits for us on arrival which made it feel right at home. The property is listed as pet friendly, and it's so well organised for the pup that we had everything at hand that we needed including towels to keep her dry when it was raining outside. The hot tub was great, and although the weather wasn't fantastic, it was lovely to spend the evening in. I could go on, but if you're reading this, and need a short stay away in the country this is the place to be.

We had an amazing stay at the cozy cabin! The place was spotless, well equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, directly on the river, particularly at sunset. Charmaine, the host, was friendly, responsive and provided great local tips. Definitely recommend if you are looking for accommodation in and around Bridgewater. We will be back

Amazing location! Incredible set up! Just a beautiful property! The Lake was a low which made it a little hard to access, but we made it work and still caught fish, enjoyed a kayak and plenty of swimming.

What a lovely little cabin! We had a great time staying on Amanda and Rob's property, surrounded by nature (including the adorable rescue creatures and geese), enjoying the quiet and star-gazing. The cabin is very compact but has everything you could need, including a very well fitted-out kitchen (the Soda Stream was a particular highlight). Amanda and Rob are so friendly and accommodating - we loved hearing their stories about building their forever home up on the hill and all their animal-rescue tales. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Chris’ property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space both comfortable and welcoming. Loved it.
