I have stayed at many air bnb’s over the years. Many very nice. But what stood out for me was the host. Carol was very helpful and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable. She was responsive and very friendly. More people like Carol please!! 🥰

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing stay. We are already planning to come back with a larger group. Beautiful home, very clean and the pool was our highlight.

This was our annual holiday with our children and grandchildren. The house was amazing and there was plenty for the kids to do at the house. It was a very hot few days so the pool got a very big workout. When they weren't in the pool there was table tennis, billiards, fooseball, air hockey or games for the kids to play. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood and I enjoyed my early morning walks down to the river. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy a family holiday.

Jo’s place was awesome. It was even better than what the photos showed. It was perfect for our family group of 7 adults. It was so spacious with plenty of room for relaxing. The outside entertainment areas & pool were fabulous & despite the cooler weather we had a swim. The large kitchen, pantry & dining area was well used by the crew for preparing, cooking & eating meals. And recliner lounges were fabulous at the end of our busy days out & about. It is a beautifully maintained property. Jo was always quick in her responses to any questions. At the end of a cul-de-sac parking was a bit of a squeeze but we managed to park on the property with 4 cars & a caravan!! A lovely peaceful neighbourhood. Thank you Jo..we all had a fantastic stay in your beautiful home!!

Joelene was a great host. helped when needed. The house is huge with loads of room for 3 familys. There was plenty of things to do and toys to play with for the 6 kids of all ages. highly recommended accommodation.

Absolutely fabulous house and location. A wonderful blast from the past with beautiful decor from the 1970’s - fantastic!! Pristine clean with well appointed kitchen. Wonderful outdoor BBQ area to relax and unwind. Laura was fantastic to deal with making our booking, check in and out a breeze. Will definitely be back when next in Mildura ☺️

Frankie’s Place is a lovely home with cute details. Appreciate leaving fresh milk break and butter in the fridge for us. There was an unexpected big rain! But we managed together

Our stay was just what I needed. I am paddling the Murray River with my brother and we are about 1/2 through so a 4 day rest was well earned. Nice and quiet, afternoon nana naps, beautiful sunrises. An extremely comfortable bed made for great nights sleep.

Chris’ unit was a great place for our family of 4 to stay at while we attended a 3 day event in Mildura. We appreciated the air conditioning (was high 30s - 40 degrees) and the outdoor entertainment area was a hit with our kids and a couple of their friends we had come back to ours one afternoon. The location was great - super close to the river (just across the road) and a beautiful walking track along the Murray. Only minutes drive from the centre of town. Beds were firm but not too hard - we all were able to sleep comfortably. We’d happily book again.

Spend 29 days at Laura’s house. The house is so convenient and comfortable to stay, there is a big garden, nice and clean neighborhood. Easy to go restaurants, gyms and supermarkets. The AC and kitchen works well, everything has been managed well. Laura’s house is such a wonderful place to enjoy our days. Don’t be hesitate if you need visit Midulra.

It is all good, clean and relaxing, I enjoyed a lot, if can do bbq will be more fun. Some small things, lights at living room need change as they flash sometimes; the roaster plate are not cleaned, need do something; one-time cups are moldy; chairs outside need clean as birds love there.

Grant was fast to respond to messages and easy to converse with. The place itself was beautiful and spacious in a pristine part of the river.

Absolutely Perfect River Retreat! We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home on the river. The house itself is large, clean, and super comfortable—plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The views of the river are absolutely stunning, and we loved waking up to the river views and evenings watching the sunset. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From local recommendations to accommodating special requests, their hospitality made a big difference. The location felt very private and serene, yet still close enough to town for anything we needed. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a trip with friends, or just want to unwind by the water, this place is awesome! We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Thanks guys for a great stay - excellent location with all amenities within walking distance. Very responsive hosts, helpful with all queries. We really loved the outside area with the bbq. The bedroom at the back of the house can get a little hot sometimes but nothing too bad. Overall, an excellent stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean home. Every amenity was of high quality, and the beds were extremely comfortable — perfect for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. We particularly appreciated the many thoughtful extras, such as a great selection of board games, pantry staples like sauces, oil and condiments, and the outdoor dining area and Weber BBQ, which made mealtimes a breeze. While the front bedroom does experience a bit of traffic noise, it didn’t affect our stay or sleep at all. The host was pleasant, responsive, and very easy to deal with throughout the booking and our stay. All in all, it was a wonderful long weekend away, and we would definitely stay again!

We spent the long weekend in Mildura for a basketball tournament. It was a great place to base ourselves. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The private parking out the back was great and a washing machine was also handy to keep on top of the kids washing. Walking distance down to the river and close to shops and restaurants. A great home for a family stay!
