Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

This lovely 2 story suite is located on the 4th & 5th floor of a heritage building on the harbourfront in uptown. The 4th-floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, large windows that offer a view of the surrounding historic buildings, and the busy harbor from the balcony! The 5th floor opens to a large bedroom with a King-size bed, a Jacuzzi and fantastic harbor views. There is plenty of space for you and your significant other! Everything you can need is within walking distance.

This open concept cabin offers two bedrooms sporting queen beds and a queen sleeper in the downstairs living room. Bedrooms located upstairs in an open loft. Although the cabin adjoins the homeowners cabin it has its own 60’ deck (with over 600 square feet of space) and private entrance. A wonderful space to relax, eat or refuel. 2 miles to Hamilton Cove 10 minutes to Roosevelt Campabello Park

Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. The River Dome
