A stones throw from Caves House and Yallingup Beach, this is an ideal location for anyone travelling with family or a group of friends wanting to take advantage of the beautiful region. The hot tub was sizeable and a nice bonus for our stay!

Lovely accommodation, very spacious! The house is beautiful with nice and clean amenities. Great location to have a quick getaway from Perth. The local general store is handy for supplies and also does takeaway food.

Beautiful modern house by the beach. It is tastefully furnished, clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchen items. We made full use by cooking dinner for all three days. The side gate access to the patio is especially helpful for washing off after visiting the beach. Really appreciate the complimentary red wine from the host. What a thoughtful and generous gesture!

Charlie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 dogs. A magnificent location right across the road from the calm waters of Geographe Bay and just a 5 minute drive to Busselton. Charlie could not have been more friendly, responsive and helpful - everything from extra dishes for a fancy dinner we were cooking to local recommendations, offering to watch the dogs and immediately responding to requests for a couple of things we asked for. The house is a good size for a large group and we enjoyed board games, cooking together and walks on the beach. Lovely views from upstairs for sunset drinks or a morning cuppa in bed. Really enjoyed our time. The beach is a lovely spot and the cafe and store nearby were very handy. The apartment was very well provisioned and so comfortable. Great value for money. The owner was very helpful.

What an amazing house, the view is next level and the location is perfect, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the centre of town. The house is spotless and equipped with everything you need. Furniture is very comfortable including the beds. It’s the small touches that made this a step above other places we have stayed. Milk, cereal and coffee pods, soft towels, quality shampoo and conditioner + games and books. Communication with Alex was very easy and she was always very quick to respond - our group has already decided to rebook. Highly recommend.
