Nanango Eco Cottage

A country getaway on 5 acres. A neat little cottage with 2 bedrooms, and a 3rd bedroom/granny flat detached from main house on 5 acres. Close to town (6km) in the South Burnett region, with easy getaways to cycle trails, state forest, local sights with lots of local food and delicacies. NOTE: We have had request for families with infants. There is unfenced dam on the property, and we have been advised not the take bookings with infants. No work bookings please, as we have had bad experiences.

Stay in my idyllic self contained cabin in sub-tropical rainforest, in natural surroundings with lovely birds and wildlife. The "Crystal Cabin" is a small and beautifully crafted octagonal building with kitchenette, bathroom, & covered outside deck with laundry area, perfect for one person or a couple. Our Vineyard Cottage lies in the heart of the Barambah Valley, surrounded by vineyards and small farms. Visit the local wineries, relax at the Bjelke-Petersen dam or bring a bike to enjoy the Murgon-Kingaroy rail trail - it's all minutes from your door. The cottage is spacious with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-size kitchen, dining and living room. Enjoy sweeping views of the vineyard and nearby Boat Mountain, and be sure to drop in to the cellar door - just across the lawn!

This beautiful & romantic getaway can sleep up to 4 people but it’s ideal for 2. With rolling hills & plenty of open country there's lots of area to explore. Enjoy the cows wondering the paddocks & the amazing stars at night on the deck or from the outdoor bath with the fire going & a glass of wine or cuppa in hand! We are less than 10 mins from Nanango & 20 to Kingaroy. The South Burnett has something to offer for all, cafes, wineries, rail trails & adventurous bushwalks to name a few.
