We had a great time at Margarita’s place! We enjoyed the apartment with the large balcony and the sea view. Fortunately, there weren’t many occupants in the buildings, so we had our fair share of privacy and quiet - we enjoyed the pools, gym and the beach nearby almost all by ourselves. As parents with a toddler we really liked that the beach was very close. The only downside was that shops were pretty far away (there’s a Carrefour in Obzor) and the fridge was pretty small, so we had to do a pretty good planing for our meals so that all our food would fit in the fridge. All in all a great and relaxing experience!

Kamen is a great host, very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting his place.

Am stat 2 săptămâni și nu am regretat nici o clipă alegerea făcută. Apartamentul spațios situat la parter dotat cu toate cele necesare și o terasă confortabilă de care am profitat din plin în fiecare seară. Amplasare comodă chiar în centrul stațiunii aproape de plajă și alee dar în același timp un loc liniștit potrivit pentru o familie cu copii. Parcarea comodă in imediata apropiere a hotelului (cu plată). Angelique a fost mereu prietenoasă și receptivă. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Престоят ни беше страхотен - комплексът спокоен и много приятен. Люсияна беше винаги насреща при наличие на въпроси. Определено бихме повторили догодина 😊

완벽한 숙소였습니다. 숙소는 매우 청결했으며 가구들을 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고, 캔디와 상비약까지 준비되어있어 호스트의 세심한 배려가 느껴졌어요. 주차가 가능했으며 관광지로 도보 이동이 가능해 위치가 좋았어요! 부르가스에 다시 온다면 이곳에서 다시 묵을거에요.

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet. Man hat in der Küche alles zur Verfügung, was benötigt wird. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlich. Das Bad ist uns mit der modernen Dusche ebenfalls besonders gut aufgefallen. Auch wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Zusammenfassend waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, grade, wenn man bereits anderes am Sunny Beach gesehen hat! Gerne wieder!

Christian was a great host - very responsive, always there to answer any question and to help with any issue. The place was as described and everything was squeaky clean. The only issue we encountered was the rude older male receptionist at the apartment complex. The younger employee by the name of Hussein Hussein, on the other hand, was very polite and helpful and he deserves a raise :) Fort Noks apartment complex is full of trees and green areas (cute cats with kittens with the occasional seagull included) and is very peaceful with numerous pools and waterslides for children. There is a restaurant as well with decent prices and a supermarket.

S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojný. Celý komplex bol veľmi pekný a čistý. Mária bola perfektný hostiteľ. Radi sa vrátime do tohto ubytovania keď ešte niekedy navštívime Sunny Beach.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

Отличная квартира, все удобства, чисто, локация - супер, все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень внимательный и при этом тактичный, его присутствие ощущали только когда это было нам нужно. Единственная (впрочем обычная для многих городских центров) проблема - отсутствие парковки рядом (даже 3-4 минутная разгрузка и погрузка вызывала проблемы и раздражение соседей).

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach
