Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft, und alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und es gab mehrere Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der große Garten war ein weiteres Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut, nur in der Küche hätten ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien nicht geschadet, aber das war kein großes Problem. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Our Hosts were wonderfully friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even came to meet us from the bus and help with luggage. A blessing on a HOT day!

This was a fantastic holiday, in a beautiful and quiet complex of two villas which easily accommodated our party of nine. Ilya was super helpful and quick to respond to our questions, and suggested a fantastic day trip to a nearby archaeological site which was the highlight of my trip as a museum professional. The village is small and quiet, but there is a shop just 10 mins walk which supplied the basics. I’d recommend hiring a car to go further afield for shops and excursions. It takes just 20 mins to drive to Sunny Beach or Nessebar. We stayed in most evenings and used the amazing outside BBQ dining area. Would 100% recommend for families wanting a peaceful place that isn’t too far from the towns.

We hadden een heel prettig verblijf in Vila Magnolia. Iliya en zijn vrouw waren erg behulpzaam bij vragen en verzoeken van ons en checkten ook tijdens het verblijf of alles naar wens was. Wij vonden de locatie perfect. Op loopafstand was een dorpswinkel en een bar, in beide troffen we erg vriendelijke mensen. Het huis zelf heeft een ruime tuin, waar onze kinderen goed konden spelen en ze vonden het zwembad fantastisch. Strand, Boergas en plaatsen zoals Pomorie en Nessebar liggen op een prima rij-afstand voor dagtripjes. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden.

We have just arrived home after 10 days at Sunny Hills. We had a great time and will definitely plan to visit again. Our late flight time meant that we arrived at an unsociable hour, but it was not a problem for Iliya, who happily greeted us. The villa was spacious and clean with beautiful greenery surrounding us to give us some privacy. All of the beds had clean linen with spare pillows/blankets. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Although the villa supplies bath towels, take swimming towels with you. The one thing that stood out was just how peaceful it was. As a family with young children, we wanted to be able to explore the busier areas of Bulgaria but be able to drive back again, to enjoy the quiet of the village/complex. I’d definitely suggest a hire car to visit Sunny Beach, Nesebar and Burgas etc, just be mindful that many of the roads are not complete or have large holes. Tout est conforme à la description, allez-y. C'est très bien entretenu, clos et sécurisé pour y laisser les enfants en liberté. C'est pour les familles ou amis, il y a un endroit couvert et équipé de tables et chaises pour y manger à 12 personnes. Stationnement dans la rue sans soucis, voisins sympa. Il faut une voiture car c'est à 25/30 minutes des plages mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. L'épicerie du village est propre et propose beaucoup de chose. Chuck Wagon est à 10 minutes et fait des grillades et des pizza, sur place ou à emporter pour des prix d'un autre temps, une boulette de viande est à 90 cts en €...bon, avec 2, tu as bien mangé. Parfait.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer, sehr freundliche Nachbarn, extra Lob an die tolle Bedienung im Restaurant direkt im Haus - wir hatten eine super Woche und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Ein super Gastgeber – proaktiv, herzlich und immer darum bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt! Das Haus ist neu und stilvoll gestaltet, genauso wie der Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Umgebung ist außergewöhnlich ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Gleichzeitig ist man in nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum des bulgarischen Strandtourismus, mit einem breiten Angebot an Gastronomie, Minigolf, Kartbahnen und vielem mehr. Innerhalb einer Stunde erreicht man zudem Naturreservate, wunderschöne, breite Strände und charmante Altstädte. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für einen erholsamen und dennoch abwechslungsreichen Urlaub! Danke – wir kommen wieder.
