This is a lovely and historic stay. Peggy did a great job curating the White House and if you visit the Old Governor's Mansion or State Capitol, you'll feel like this place is part of the tour.

Great place to stay. The place is very spacious. As others have noted, the master bathroom is quite small - but the other bathroom and the kitchen, dining room and living room and quite spacious. Highly recommend this place! Only things to note: 1) there is a building across from the master bedroom that had a flood light on all night (not something in the host’s control!), which kept the bedroom slightly illuminated all night because there weren’t black out curtains at the time of my stay, and the curtains in the room do let some light in. I did use an eye mask, but something to be aware of.

If you're looking for a great place to stay and enjoy quiet time with family, fishing, whatever you want .. this is the place. We visit LA every other year to visit family but after this trip, we're going to make it an annual event. There was plenty of space for everyone, with everything you need to kick back and relax.

Gorgeous home in Baton Rouge mid city, absolutely loved the location, the house was quaint and peaceful, and was an easy drive to basically anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend

I was in town for an event at the Raisin Cane’s River Center and the location was the perfect driving distance. There were many restaurants and coffee shops close by that were awesome!

Great house close to town, but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay. It is in perfect walking distance to a few bars and lots of restaurants in the area.

Great location to downtown Baton Rouge. The condo is new, part of the apartments expansion. Clean on the inside and out and very peaceful. Mary gave us very clear instructions to checkin and answered all of my questions throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here if passing thru the city.

The Music Loft was ideal for my wife and I for the weekend. Centrally located in the heart of Christmas in The Country, walking short distances to entertainment, shopping and dining. The loft is perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway.

So close to the action, yet fat enough for peace and quiet. Got to see three Mardi Gras parades and we could watch the staging from our unit. Everything is right outside your door. Inside, plenty of space to relax including two large bedrooms with great storage and super comfortable beds!

Paul's place was exactly how he described it. I loved the Louisiana vibe/decor. Everything was clean & spotless. Direct access to I-10 was definitely a plus! We will definitely stay here again!!

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.

This place was a great location to visit Baton Rouge. Everything downtown was a lot closer than expected and very walkable. Getting to LSU was a short uber away. Paul was great in communicating with us! We got there, messaged him about a minor thing and he came by immediately to cleared everything up. He also gave a lot of great recommendations for food and things to do nearby. The entire apartment was clean and would be perfect for 2-4 people. We caught amazing weather so it was really comfortable. There are a/c units in the main room and one bedroom so it wouldn’t be too bad in the summer heat. There’s multiple units that open up to a courtyard, but we didn’t see many people so the complex was quiet. The beds are pretty soft so depending on your preference, they’re ok or great. The only knock on this place is the plumbing. Took a couple flushes, but a plunger was provided :) Other than that, it was a great place to stay for the price we paid! Would highly recommend.

I bowled at the USBC, the event was literally 1 block away and worked well for my agenda. Place was clean, had ample parking, and it was nice to have a small apartment to relax and rest. Paul communicated clear instructions and process to check in and out was easy. I felt his rates were very reasonable. Plenty of places to walk to for food and if you have a car, literally anything in Baton Rouge is less than 5-10 minutes away. I would highly recommend to anyone and if you’re going to USBC, good location and rate. Bed was very comfortable.

Great convenient location. I like that it is gated, so we felt safe. The 2 bedrooms with baths were wonderful. One on the upper floor, kitchen on the middle floor, and the other bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor made for privacy and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen and living room area is very spacious! I highly recommend this!

Charmant appartement au 1er étage d'une résidence. Notre séjour en famille (avec ma grand-mère, mes parents, mon mari, moi et le chien) chez Matt s'est déroulé à merveille. La literie est confortable et toutes les pièces disposent de ventilateurs. Le canapé-lit au rez-de-chaussée a permis d'éviter les escaliers (chambres et salle de bain à l'étage). La cuisine est parfaitement organisée avec des placards étiquetés. Un séjour vraiment réussi Lovely first-floor apartment in a residential building. Our family stay (with my grandmother, parents, husband, myself and our dog) at Matt's place went perfectly. The bedding is comfortable and all rooms have ceiling fans. The ground-floor sofa bed avoided stair access (bedrooms and bathroom upstairs). The kitchen is perfectly organized with labeled cabinets. A truly wonderful stay.
