At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Take a break, unwind reset revitalise at our peaceful beach oasis. As the birdsong energises the morning air & the sunbeams pour in, its a 1m33sec stroll down the track to a dip in the ocean or step it out on the 16 km pristine sands. Ocean invigorated, outdoor shower, brunch on the deck, chill in the garden, laze on the day bed, relax in the hammock. You are staying in natures wonderland surrounded by Hat Head National Park. Riverside Homestead at The Hatch Farm Stay

Warm your toes by the outdoor firepit in the evenings as you gaze at the stars & roast a marshmallow. The Hatch Farm is an off-grid river front working farm with chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, goats, mini horses, cows, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs! There is plenty to do & see around the farm from complete relaxation, interacting with the friendly animals, casting a line, launching your boat from our rustic boat ramp, using our kayaks in the saltwater river, or lighting your own campfire!

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
