Wonderful place to stay and an amazing location! Karine's home was so comfortable, and she was so welcoming and lovely to talk with. She was extremely flexible with me, and so easy to interact with. I loved my room, it was so well taken care of, and the bathroom, kitchen, and everything was pristine. The location was perfect for me, easy parking, and close to everywhere I needed to be for the weekend. Highly recommend this place for anyone!!

The location of this house is ideal for anyone looking to stay in Newport. It’s super close to the beach and Cliff Walk and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I really liked having my own entrance and felt a good deal of privacy. Billie’s son was very helpful and Billie was very clear in her instructions. She also took it upon herself to share some recommendations, which I greatly appreciated. I also got to use the jacuzzi, which was heavenly at the end of a long day!

The Royce was a terrific find! Walking distance to everything and such a unique property! So well provisioned it had everything that you needed or wanted. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very clearly thought out as they furnished and provisioned the space. The backyard was super cool looking and we can not wait to come back when it is warmer to use the outdoor spaces more. Having an electric charger onsite for our car was also a HUGE plus. As a seltzer fan, the complimentary San Pelligrinos were also fantastic. Shane was also super communicative and helpful to help us work around our timelines, all at 9:30 at night as we were booking! We will definitely be back!

Justin, we LOVED our stay at your home! It is so cozy and so welcoming and convenient to everything we needed. We very much enjoyed watching the wild life that passed through the yard...deer, a ground hog, rabbits and tons of birds. And the cat! Seems to be the neighborhood cat! Lovely, quiet neighborhood, great for walking also. Will definitely stay there the next time we are in RI. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Staying at Steve and Sue’s home was like visiting longtime friends. The back deck is amazing, whether you spend the afternoon or evening drinking wine there, or in the mornings enjoying a cup of coffee or breakfast. They even left us a delicious blueberry and pineapple loaf, and plenty of coffee, along with a lovely table setting in the kitchen. You can choose to have more or less interaction with Steve and Sue—they do mention that—and you basically have the entire downstairs to yourself. The bedroom and bed are very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of towels and toiletries. Steve was very helpful in providing places to visit in Newport (where we spent our only full day), and we loved our time there. Plus, Wickford is a wonderful village close by, and there are many restaurants from which to choose. I do wish we had the chance to stay longer to enjoy the beach, but maybe next time. Absolutely beautiful home in a lovely area! We loved our stay here and couldn’t ask for anything more. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was very peaceful with a great view. Rebecca was an extremely kind and considerate host and we wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay in Narragansett. The home was exactly as described and worked well for our small family. The home was cozy and clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. We would certainly come back.

Perfect location for a writing retreat/home-base for a yoga & meditation retreat (that didn't offer housing) nearby. I enjoyed the camaraderie of living in community with the lovely hosts and their beautiful cat, Amber. Ann and Todd were excellent hosts and made me feel very much at home. They were friendly and respectful of my time and space, and are excellent stewards of this historic home. They have clearly put a lot of energy, care and love into making this former hotel into a home. Highly recommended!

Loved my week at Tara’s place! It’s a super comfy, thoughtfully curated, rad place! My pup and I especially loved the beautiful outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again!

Thoughtfully appointed, stylish, and super-clean apartment. Martha thought of everything. She is responsive and provided suggestions and tips tailored to our guests' desires. Lovely, walkable neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay.

The studio is cozy, very clean and well equipped! Ronni is a thoughtful and available host. We would definitely return to her house.

The rental was really nice, exactly as described. Very comfortable for two people, the host was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a home away from home - this is it. We enjoyed all the amenities and the cozy decoration in a quiet yet central location. Irene did her utmost to make us feel welcome. That included not just basic provisions like ground coffee and milk but also a basket with fresh fruit and baked goodies. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with many soaps and shampoos. It was the perfect spot for us.

Lovely stay and decent value. It's also very difficult to find a nice place in a good location when one has two large (clean, but large) dogs. Alexis allowed us to bring our lab and golden, didn't charge extra, and was welcoming and friendly. She also served a delicious homemade breakfast... with fresh mangoes and made from scratch fruit pie. Amazing!!

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

What an amazing stay! From start to finish, this was a lovely experience. Jeffrey and Christine were very responsive and communicated with us prior to our stay to make sure we knew where to park and how to access our accommodations. The house is warm and comfortable and we were so happy with our rooms and the lovely bathrooms. There is also a wonderful sitting room on the first floor. They provided complimentary beverages and a delicious breakfast each morning. We had to leave quite early one morning and they even put out some grab-and-go selections for us. They really went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. The house is quite close to URI and other RI attractions. Thank you, Jeffrey and Christine for being such gracious hosts!

Wonderful place, good location, very friendly staff!

We spent two nights with Rick and enjoyed our stay. You're renting a room in a quaint old complex of three or four old buildings converted to hotels. You can hear people walking the halls, but we did not hear anyone in their rooms. There is no "front desk", per se. If no one is at the Cleveland House office when you arrive, you call a number posted on the office door, and someone from the staff will arrive shortly to check you in. Every staff member we met was pleasant and welcoming as was Rick. We were offered our choice of three rooms. The staff member was happy to walk us around to the different buildings to show the options and answer our questions about each. The rooms are clean and simple; there is a chair or two and a small table, plus a closet and dresser. These rooms are to be slept in, not stayed in for the day. After two days of walking and seeing all Newport had, it was perfect for us to sleep. The quiet street was as safe and short walk to Thames Street.

Heidi greeted us and was very helpful in orienting us to the area. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean and cozy! Will definitely return. Thank you!

Pine Lodge was centrally located on a quiet street just one block from Bellevue, the Main Street. The home was a lovely place to stay and well appointed. Michael was a terrific host. Can’t wait to come back!

Connie thought of everything you could ask for and more. The medicine cabinet was full of items in case you forgot something. In the sitting area she has a stoocked fridge with breakfast treats, water and all kinds of snacks. Connie is a baker, and left us a wonderful aray of cookies and pastries. She also has a variety of coffees and tea. She is definitely the hostess with the mostest!!!! You will NOT be disappointed if you book with Connie!!
