We stayed a week while attending two local weddings. The house is centrally located and has easy access to a lot of the local beaches, markets, etc. We discovered a farm stand market right in the area (open Wednesday and weekend during our stay) with great produce and tasty baked goods supplied by a local baker. The second floor lounge is a fantastic space in which to relax or play ping pong.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms had lots of books which the kids loved. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need to make meals. We made quite a few! The record player is great. The couch is so comfy. We would totally stay here again!

Great place - ideal location, close to the key beaches (driving distance, although you could walk to Scarborough), ocean views and a nice little neighborhood to walk the dog in. While it is off of a main-ish road, the traffic was never that much and it was generally quiet. The house itself was very nice - well appointed, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, beds were fresh and comfortable, linens were fairly new. Plenty of beach towels and beach gear. All in all, we were pleased to have brought our family of 7, and could have easily brought another 4-6 more given all the space in the house.

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Our host was welcoming and responsive. The accommodations were minimalist with a comfortable flair. The host provided games and a record player!! We had so much fun. Watching the wildlife in the adjacent and peaceful wetland was the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

Pier Escape is perfect! And the Host, Megan is fantastic. This home is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need for your stay. It is located in the Pier area so you will be about a mile from the town beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in between! Yet when you are at the home, it is so private! The backyard is wonderful for both day and night activities. Megan is truly a “super host” and provides her renters with a wonderful space to create memories. Thank you!

Beautiful, warm, friendly, quaint cottage. Steve was quick for any responses. The bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE ever! Going to book again for our next trip back to PVD.

The cabin home was beautiful. We fed the horses and cows and it was so peaceful. The grounds were kept immaculate. Inside the home has a beautiful look and beautiful kitchen. My wife, kids and I felt so cozy in this home. I would highly suggest this place is you in want to relax and enjoy a farm.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

We loved Kyle’s place. It was cozy, comfortable beds, gas cook top, a fire pit, a pool (not open yet as it’s April), and plenty of room for my 3 boys to run around and make memories. The commuter train is super close but it was kinda fun to watch it and it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Close to Jamestown and Wickford for water views, quaint towns and either hiking or shopping. A small park with lots of hiking right down the street (walking distance). 20 minutes to open ocean in Narragansett or 25 to Other beaches. With being at the end of the dead end street and surrounded by woods it’s a middle of nowhere type feel and lots of birds to watch and peaceful to sit by the fire or on the deck.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

We really enjoyed our extended Thanksgiving weekend at Shay’s. The house configuration was perfect for sharing family time and hosting friends for dinner one night. Also really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and down to the beach. The weather (understandably for the time Of year) didn’t permit using the back yard or front little porch but we can see they are both great places to enjoy. Thank you Shay!

Peaceful place in great condition! What I love the most is that this property has nearly everything needed in the kitchen. Has a lot to do for family/friends gathering!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and warm considering the freezing temperatures outside. She left plenty of towels, toiletries, and basic supplies in the house. Also, there was plenty of coffee and a few snacks which was a nice touch. The home was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I would love to come back in warmer temps next time.

Our stay was nearly two weeks but flew by. The cottage was comfortable and we felt right at home. Loved all of the natural light and for a cozy space it felt much more spacious. We especially enjoyed the kitchen (lots of counter space), grill even in the snow, and wood burning stove. Overall a tastefully decorated, comfortable space. Johnna was a fantastic host. She was super friendly and responses were prompt. Pups approved too, particularly that comfy dog bed. We hope to return again!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.
