Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Welkom in onze gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam bent. Rond de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Midden in het natuurgebied van de Eendragtspolder vind je deze stijlvolle en centraal gelegen locatie. Rotterdam, Den Haag en Gouda zijn binnen 20 minuten te bereiken. In de omgeving zijn diverse culturele hoogtepunten te vinden, zoals de Molenviergang aan de Rottemeren. Er zijn diverse mogelijkheden om te recreëren, zoals wandelen en fietsen in het aangrenzende natuurgebied, varen op de Rotte en zwemmen in de Zevenhuizerplas. Kortom, een locatie waar je actief kunt zijn en tot rust kunt komen!

🌿 Ons modern ingerichte studio heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. 🚲 E-Bikes te huur.

Landelijk gastenverblijf, dichtbij Rotterdam

Achter onze woonboerderij staat een los gastenverblijf op ons erf. Het huisje is rustig en landelijk gelegen, maar centraal qua omgeving. Het is compleet, voor max 2 personen, met privacy en vrij uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huisje op een weiland, waar in de zomer met regelmaat wat koeien van de buren lopen en in de winter soms wat schapen. Onze boerderij is verder niet meer in functie; we hebben enkel nog kippen (die los over het erf lopen) en er zijn een paar konijnen en postduiven.

Kom heerlijk onthaasten in de Krimpenerwaard! 10 minuten rijden vanaf Gouda ligt langs de rivier de IJssel dit mooie gezellige vakantieverblijf. Uit de drukte van de stad kun je hier tot rust komen en prachtige wandel- en fiets routes maken door het polderlandschap. Het appartement is 36 m2 en zeer compleet met eigen keuken, douche, toilet, zithoek, eethoek, wifi, bedlinnen, badhanddoeken en eigen parkeergelegenheid. Gouda, Rotterdam en kinderdijk zijn leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

This lovingly refurbished cottage sits in the middle of the Dutch polder landscape. With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. Please do note we are not close to any public transport links. The perfect place to relax or be as active as you like.

No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
