Rustige sfeervolle zonnig gelegen villa uit 1911 met (onverwarmd) zwembad in bosrijke omgeving. Vanaf de ruime terrassen kijk je uit op een bosachtige Engelse landschapstuin. Het huis beschikt op de begane grond over een ruime open-plan kamer. Deze ruimte bestaat uit een eetgedeelte met eettafel van 3 meter, een ruime zithoek en een aparte tv-hoek met bank. Verder is er een keuken, bijkeuken, hal, speelkamer en toilet. De eerste etage heeft drie tweepersoons slaapkamers en een moderne badkamer.

Because the villa is used as an office during business hours, the beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed and large ensuite bathroom, modern kitchen-diner, and terrace with a veranda are offered as an Airbnb on weekends and holidays.
