Awesome spacious place. Super comfortable, better than pictures. Great AC, wifi, larger than average shower, good supplies. Modern appliances & furnishings. Plenty of lights & storage. Communication was ok, good during stay. Can arrange laundry to be done. Note to contact 30 minutes prior to arrival for someone to meet you. Very helpful. He told me but I forgot so had to wait to get in. He came in specified time. Nice small balcony. Has morning to afternoon sun. Great plaza park with colorful water fountains right beside place. They have just started with Airbnb recently. They have a few rooms available. Across the river from an old fortress. Note plaza & fort has nighttime music past midnight sometimes. But you can go to kitchen couch & shut glass doors to reduce noise to sleep. Bus station 10 minute walk. Has refrigerator, no freezer. Could use more kitchen utensils? I noticed an odd smell in bathroom? I would highly recommend place for its comfort & space.

Had a good stay in the apartment. Dragan is a friendly host who responds promptly to any enquiries. The apartment is located near to a park, which is full of cafes and people socialising in the evenings. It's also within walking distance of a local mall. WiFi and AC also worked well.

Very nice place for 2-3 people that want to visit Niš! Super cute apartment with amazing view and in great location! Clean, bright and had everything we needed! Would come back for sure!

Milica was an excellent host: after an initial misunderstanding about the price (form my end), she explained everything patiently and professionally. I liked the apartment very much, because it is spacious and uncluttered. Finally, Milica went the extra mile by finding time in her super busy schedule to send me my phone charger back by post, as I forgot it in her apartment. Thanks a million Milica :)

Our stay at Dejan's place felt like second home.Clean, spacious and comfortable. If we come again to Niš, we know where to stay.

konumu güzel. araç park yeri sıkıntısı yok. çarşı içinde kaleye oldukça yakın. otoyol çıkışına yakın. yakının da 2 büyük market var.

Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Alles war modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, und es hat an nichts gefehlt – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Möbeln. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento. Estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros y nos sentimos como en casa.

Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, Gute lage, Balkon könnte ein bisschen saubere sein..

Отсядането в този Airbnb беше едно от най-прекрасните ми преживявания! Още от самото начало домакинът беше изключително любезен, отзивчив и направи всичко възможно, за да се чувстваме добре. Апартаментът беше не само чист и уютен, но и изпълнен с малки детайли, които го направиха наистина специален – от ароматното кафе сутрин до меките одеяла, които ни караха да се чувстваме като у дома си. Локацията беше перфектна – в близост до всичко, което ни беше нужно, но същевременно спокойна и уютна. Определено бихме се върнали отново! Огромни благодарности за гостоприемството и топлото отношение. Ако можеше да дадем повече от 5 звезди, щяхме да го направим!

Amazing hosts, comfortable apartment. Communicative and comfortable accommodation. There was a technical issue with the original apartment but alternate apartment was provided and was of good quality. Would highly recommend.

Super Gastgeber, sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Unterkunft wie beschrieben ausgestattet und alles tipp top. Wir waren in den letzten Tagen in mehreren Unterkünften und diese war die beste. So sauber war keiner davor, alles super sauber, Gabeln, Gläser, Betten, Küche insgesammt, Bad, einfach alles. Wir waren sehr positiv überascht. Dann zusättlich die super freundlichen Gastgeber und der super Empfang! Absolute Empfehlung 😊👍

Overall it was nice to stay at Petar's apartment, he is a great host. Note that parking spaces 1 & 2 are rather for regular cars, not for jeep models, which can park at spots 3 & 4 in the garage. I recommend this place.
